Beautiful Quiet Bungalow / villa right in front of the pool, with sun all day Balustrades, ( Shaded relax area at back of bungalow to play games or have yr early morning breakfast or evening meal with a relaxing glass of wine ,new grd furniture up market sun loungers in wrap around terrace on 190m2 plot mostly new indoor furniture to high standard,leather L shaped sofa sleeps 2 + 2 x "z" Beds so can accommodate up to 11 persons, long table + 11 chairs 60" Flat TV + Android box loads of channels incl BBC 1+2 ITV 1+2+3 ample wardrobe space sea view from side Ideal for children or pets as you can see them at all times when in pool area, loads of room for them to play ball, racket games, play chase, ride bikes etc.1 min walk down to Porta Colon Beach,where you,ll find every water sport available to you and you,ll find a very wide walk way hugging the coastline as far as Los Cristianos one way and past Fanabe and onto the very popular fishing village of La Caleta with hundreds of bars and restaurants for you to choose from and many activities and play grounds for the children 1 min walk to Supermarket, Bars,Banks Bus Stops etc. 5 mins walk to Bus Station, Agua ( water ) Pk. Amazing location and stay

Appartment basically speaks for itself the photos give it no justice as this was a 10/10 experience location was perfect location to get to restaurants bars and beaches but also perfect if you just want to stay around the pool for the day Everyone is so lovely in the complex i couldnt have been happier choosing this location and would definitely recommend staying here Well defo be back again

Perfectly located but the property needs an uplift

It was a lovely bungalow and perfectly situated. The pool is right outside the balcony so it’s great for the kids who need supervision. It really needs an uplift thought. All of the mattresses weren’t comfortable, all bedding was mismatched/ old. Don’t get me wrong there was plenty of it, towels included, but it’s old. The pots, pans, plates and cups were the same

Sunny Halloween break @ Costa Adeje

Great property, fantastic location and good amenities with friendly support as needed. We were greated (and directed) by Klea who showed us where to park and gave us a run down on how things worked. The property description probably doesn’t do it justice. It’s super handy to a range of bars, restaurants and shops. While very close to bars there is no late night noise. Would give this place a solid 5 star. Oh by the way car absolutely not required!!

Lovely Bungalow, close to amenities

We were very pleased with the bungalow. Very cleary and nicely decorated and the wrap around terrace is huge. The bungalow overlooks the pool which was great to sit and watch the kids play. Jane was the perfect host, so helpful and attentive and just a lovely lady. And the cleaner Klea was lovely and super helpful with great communication too. We will hopefully be back soon

Needs new photos

I booked the property because of the photos and location. The location is fantastic, the property photos are not correct It said sleep 11 yet there was 7 of us and that was a squeeze. Some of the furniture showed in photos is not even there The bbq was wrapped in tin foil. Good points were the main shower in larger bathroom and location to pool. The amenities there are not free, internet has to be paid for, travel cot for a baby has to be paid for. Please communicate with host before booking, she’s a lovely lady.

My family and I (4 adults and 2 children) had a good vacation in Carolyn’s house. The house is compact, very well located and easy to get around with supermarkets, beach and restaurants nearby. Carolyn is a very attentive host and ensures that everything is in order. On one of the days we also went to a trek in the Teide where Carolyn spent the whole day with us. Also good value for money.

A lovely bungalow right in the heart of things

This was a great place to stay as the central location was amazing. No car needed. Supermarkets, shops and some amazing restaurants were located just outside the gate of the complex. The complex had a lovely feel to it with some apartments being permanent residents to Spanish families and others owned by holiday makers. This bungalow was the largest on the complex which suited us (3 generations of 4 adults, one teenager and a 10 yr old). The best part about this holiday home is definitely the outdoor space and pool area. The pool was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There are plenty of sun beds, at least 10, maybe more. There never seemed to be much of a breeze here as it is surrounded by charming white washed apartments and bungalows- perfect for a sun- worshiper like me! The pool was quite cold but refreshing when the temperature got too hot. There was very rarely anyone else sat around the pool so it did feel like a private pool, just for us, most of the time. There were inflatables (a giant flamingo to the delight of my daughter) and balls in the bungalow, so no need to go buying. It was surprisingly quiet and relaxing considering the hustle and bustle outside of the complex. The inside of the bungalow is basic but comfortable, but as most of our time was spent outside, this was fine by us. The owner, Jayne, is a very nice lady and very helpful too. When we had a slight issue with getting the gas burner to light after changing gas bottle, she was there in no time to help us. As no one was booked in the day we left, Jayne Kindly let us stay a bit later. Only a 5- 10 minute walk will take you to the promenade, which is bustling with holiday makers, lots of shops and restaurants. It's totally perfect for pushchairs, mobility scooters, children's scooters etc and goes on for miles! We had a lovely week of sunshine in this bungalow, which was great value for money. Fantastic Week in Janes' Bungalow in Tenerife

Just want to say thank you to Jane for the welcome she gave us to her bungalow in San Eugenio. She was very informative and friendly and couldn't have done more to make it a great stay. The apartment was great, had everything we needed but the location is the real selling point. The bungalow is close to everything - the Mercadona supermarket is just across the road in the San Eugenio Shopping Center and this is where the locals shop and is excellent value with freshly baked bread/pastries and there are lovely restaurants and bars all around but the bungalow is still very quiet both by day and night. The beds are really comfy and the pool is literally steps away. The outside area is huge and great to relax in which for us is where the word Luxury comes in - we had great space to chill and even though it was August, we had the pool practically to ourselves and could really relax and feel at home. We have four teenagers who all managed to stay entertained and happy between the pool, the WiFi, jet skis on the beach, shopping and Siam Park at night (much better than previous years with the queue time greatly reduced). Jane has been modernising the bungalow and I think the couch might be next on the list as it is getting a bit tired but all in all we loved this home from home, only bad thing was having to leave!

Had a lovely stay at the bungalow there was 7 of us for the first week then just 6 of us for the 2nd week Jane met us with the keys she was a very nice lady to talk to felt like I'd known her for ages. The kitchen and some of the furniture need updating but she said that was going to be done anyway but everything was clean we had the pool to ourselves there were plenty of sun beds to use, there was also a lovely patio area at the back where we sat some nights having a drink as we had very hot weather and it was nice to sit out, it was within easy reach of everything as we walked out the gate there were bars , restaurants and supermarkets the beach was a 5 minute walk and also the bus stops. Would definitely recommend this place and would go again. Thankyou Jane for our lovely stay . Lillian

Definitely not luxury...

This is a basic 3 bedroom bungalow, that sleeps up to 8 people. The pool area was quiet and well maintained with supermarkets, bars and beach nearby. The complex was quiet and secure. Jane's response time to a problem was almost immediate. On the downside, the bed linen and towels are badly needing replaced. A large amount of the garden furnishings were old and worn. Within the smaller bathroom there was a foul smell. In the kitchen, the mini "oven" sat on top of a worktop and therefore proved difficult to cook for a large amount of people. It wouldn't hold a whole pizza. Upon arrival, we found the freezer was full of the previous tenants leftovers. In the master bedroom we found dirty underwear underneath the bed. Overall this property is needing a deep clean to bring it up to a better standard. Despite this, we did have a nice holiday but felt that the bungalow is not being advertised properly. We did take pictures but are not allowed to post.

Wonderful Location.

The property details were as described although I would not class it as luxury; some of the outside furnishing were tired and could have done with updating the swimming pool was a real hit with the children. We had a problem with the shower in the main bathroom being blocked on the morning of our first full day; I reported it on the 28th but it was not sorted until the evening of the 29th; this impacted on our time as you can imagine with a party of 10 waiting to use the shower in the smaller bathroom, we also had issues with the water fluctuating between hot and cold whilst you were using the shower It is in a great location, very close to several shops, restaurants, bars and a marvelous beach, all within short walking distances

Nice property which has some sspects of being modern .and others are outdated.I would say that the description states that it can sleep up to 10.Forget that-6 yes 8 perhaps ..Great courtyard to the rear..Cleaned for our arrival no further input.Good communication with Jane.Would we return? Yes.Please be aware that wifi needs to be paid for which I felt was not clearly stated prior to booking.€30 per week and its not good either.

Great location - in the middle of everything but peaceful

Lots of great places to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Well equipped with everything you need. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Nice and clean and tidy. Such a great location - so close to lots of places to eat and drink and walk. Supermarket also very close. Walking distance from Siam park.

The property is NOT as described. It is a basic three bedroom bungalow that can sleep up to 8 people (inside), with a number of issues. Good points: - Direct access to a good and daily cleaned pool - Location to supermarkets, bars, banks, restaurants, beaches - Secure complex - Jane's response times to issues raised via what's app - Able to leave luggage before the 4pm requested arrival time Issues resolved: - Jane is a little disorganised, and wanted a further deposit on top of the one already included in the final payment. Copies of the original agreements re-confirmed the deposit was already included - Four available sunbeds, two were broken. Jane brought two replacement sun beds the same day. One patio chair had a broken seat which Jane took away with her - Difficulty operating the hob, Jane will need to look at this for future quests - The electricity tripped. Jane suggested we look at the switch behind the bed as this had previous caused the electricity to trip. We pulled the bed out, so not touching any electrical points and disconnected the lamps. The electricity still tripped. Jane organised an electrician to resolve the issue. - Two days before we left, there was a storm, which collapsed the gazebo Issues not raised: - Ingrained dirt and grime around whole bungalow (requiring a deep clean and re-grouting/sealant) - The water heater is not sufficient to run two showers at the same time - Even with the low water pressure from the main shower, the wet room floor could not drain the water away fast enough not to seep over in to the remaining area of the bathroom - The small shower room smelt of sewage, which may be as a result as there is no 'U-bend' under the sink - Broken items were left around the bungalow rather than removed - We washed the towels provided as they smelt of smoke and/or were damp - The oven in the kitchen is just a bit smaller than a microwave and sits on the top of the freezer, which was not even big enough to cook a whole pizza - Low quality pillows, linen and beds - Wi-Fi and safe were available at extra cost - For this accommodation to be luxury it requires a new fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms, re-decorating to a high standard, air conditioning (for the summer months) and comfortable seating for at least 6 people - For the same period next year the charge has risen considerably. We would NOT recommend you to stay at this accommodation, as it is currently advertised incorectly

Have just returned from our stay in Jane's lovely bungalow. The accommodation is spacious and of very good quality. Location was great and the pool, just outside the bungalow patio, was clean and quiet - like having our own private pool! Thanks, Jane - for a very enjoyable stay - we will be back!

Centrally located for access to restaurants and bars. Complex had smart pool with good access. Good sized rooms, kitchen and living space. Ideal for families and disabled. Jane the owner was great and offered pick up from airport. Our party will definitely stay at this location again. 😀

Had a great two weeks

Stayed here for two weeks in July and it was as pictured and described, it was clean and tidy and the owner Jane would not let us in until she was satisfied the cleaners had finished but allowed us to leave our cases wile the work was completed. Jane the owner could not have been more helpful and even offered to take my daughter to the airport 3 days early as she was flying home for her 6th year school prom. The place is very well situated close to every thing you need including beach, bars and some great restaurants as there was only 4 of us we had more than enough room and having wifi helped the girls keep in touch and chat with friends as lets face it mum and dad are just boring. The pool is as the photo shows very close to the villa and was nice and quite most of the time and cleaned every morning by friendly staff who were always polite. I am a firm believer in holidays are what you make them and where you stay doesn't always tick all the boxes but we have been coming to the island for 12 years and this place ticks most and we will look forward to coming back again...... Thank you Jane for making us so welcome in what was your family home for many years.... Philip & Lorraine
