Good apartment and fantastic communication.

The property was in a quiet location but with only a few minutes walk to the beach and local bars and shops. The apartment is well set up with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The owner is very hands on, (though not intrusive!), providing fantastic communication on how to access the property, and we genuinely felt she wanted to do her very best to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. The garden area is the best part about this property, very private with different areas to get Sun….or not! Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic 10/10

The property is exactly as advertised. The home has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the amazing outdoor space, where you can get the sun all day long if you wish. My husband enjoyed pottering around in the garden, while I enjoyed the more than adequate sun beds. A 2 minute walk in one direction leads to the beach, 5 mins in the other direction you will find 2 supermarkets. Set in a quiet residential area, you have complete privacy and security. All amenities are excellent, bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved having the washing machine outside. Communication from the owner and her family was superb, they go over and above to ensure you have a great stay. No air con but we found the fans perfectly met our needs. Thank you and we will return soon! Don’t hesitate! It’s excellent 😍

fantastic stay

from start to finish it was superb lovely property garden amazing with lots of furniture and bbq .Location superb few minutes from beach bars and restaurants. special mention for the owner paquita who met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again

What a location!

Costa Adeje, Private Garden

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. It had everything you would need & ideally situated to the beach, restaurants & shops & it had a fabulous private garden. We saw a Woodpecker & Sparrowhawk while we were there! Quite surprising in Las Americas! The booking process was easy & we had great communication with Paquita. Paquita’s holiday home.

This a lovely place with everything you need. The garden area has sun loungers and seating and gives you privacy. There is a barbecue for al fresco dining. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Air conditioning would make this place perfect.

Wonderful outside space

We were welcomed by the owner who showed us around the property. Leaving us with welcoming gifts of wine and fruit, which was a lovely touch. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the wonderful outside space. Relaxing on a sun lounger, drinking a cool gin and tonic whilst preparing numerous BBQs. The property was far enough from all the bars which aired every football match on the planet. However there were some very poor acts at both the calypso bar and the nearby hotel, thankfully not every night. Overall we had a lovely holiday

Fantastic Week

Had a great week in this lovely apartment. We were met by Paquita and her daughter who were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing week in the sun. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and several beaches both in Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Our favourite restaurant of the week was Mr. Singh, highly recommend a visit! Overall a great week in a fantastic apartment. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return.

Lovely apartment

This was our 2nd, 2 week stay at this lovely apartment. The garden is great with plenty of furniture. Sun all day. Paquita as usual was very helpful & provided lots of essentials in kitchen & bathroom. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The beach & shops are at the end of the road also a very nice tapas restaurant El Jardin De La Abuela we went 4 times it is so good. We had a really good time & can't wait to return soon. Tenerife in November

Lovely apartment, very quiet and private but within short walking of shops, restaurants and bars. It was great that we had our own private sunbathing spot in the garden, we were so comfortable we stayed in quite a few nights and enjoyed dining on the patio. I would definitely stay there again. The only request I would make would be for more English channels on the television, other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely Apartment with everything you need

We have been going to Tenerife for over 20 years twice a year & we have found this lovely apartment the best we have stayed in. The garden is beautiful & sunny all day, we didn't feel the need to go to the beach. Everything we wanted was close by & a short walk away. The bed was super comfy & the location was far enough away from noise at night for a good night's sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Overall we were very happy with everything & will definitely be going back to this lovely apartment. Thank you Paquita Janice & Rob

Really nice apartment. Decent size with a lovely garden. Has all equipment you would need for your stay. Kitchen is well kitted out and there is a safe in the bedroom. Garden has four sun loungers, an umbrella, two sunchairs, a table with four chairs and a BBQ . The owner is very helpful. Location is ideal. No more than five minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Spar supermarket only one minute away and main supermarket about a fifteen minute walk. The only thing I could suggest would be extract fans in the bedrooms as it gets very warm at night. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely garden

The location is fantastic and very secure property The garden gets the sun all day a lovely outside space although there is more greenery than on the pictures now. We loved our stay easy check in and good communication. Negatives It needs a lick of paint it is very tired. Floor tiles old and cracked. Bathroom needs an upgrade. There are only 2 English channels which I suppose is ok if you just there for a short break but we was there for 25 so a bit disappointed with TV. Overall we enjoyed the holiday and again location and outside space sells this.

Perfect Location

My wife and I very much enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing holiday in this very well appointed apartment with a super private garden that catches the sun all day. The location is ideal, being just a short walk from the beach and numerous restaurants and shops along the seafront.

Stayed over Xmas with partner and his sister. Lovely apartment with great private sunny garden in residential street. The apartment is just a short stroll from the beach so it didn't bother us that there was no pool. Great selection of bars and restaurants within easy reach, supermarket at the end of the road. Paquita the owner was very helpful and check in was an easy process. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. We'll definitely be back.
