Meaning ‘House of Sun’, the home lives up to its name with warm natural textures, light-filled interiors and an easygoing coastal atmosphere designed for relaxed beachside living. Large windows and sliding doors invite in the sea breeze, while the open-plan layout makes it easy to unwind after days spent exploring the coastline and nearby wineries.

The living area centres around a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, offering a cosy space for movie nights, reading or slow mornings with a fresh Nespresso coffee. Flowing seamlessly from the lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy dining, including a dishwasher, oven, and generous bench space. The handmade teak dining table creates a welcoming setting for shared meals, while sliding doors open directly onto the private balcony.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with ocean views, an eight-seater dining setting and BBQ. The large fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space to enjoy time outdoors with family and friends.

The primary bedroom features a king bed framed by a handcrafted cane and rattan headboard, complemented by soft vintage-wash linen, high-loft quilts and gentle coastal styling. The second and third bedrooms each include queen beds, ceiling fans and open wardrobes for a comfortable and uncluttered stay. The main bathroom includes a shower, vanity and under-basin storage, while the downstairs bathroom is ideal for rinsing off after the beach and includes a washing machine with integrated dryer. Additional comforts include reverse-cycle air conditioning and off-street parking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
