Henley Beach House

Tämä kaksikerroksinen erillinen talo tarjoaa tilavan ja mukavan asumisen.

Alakerrassa on suuri oleskelutila, jossa on avoin ruokailu- ja oleskelutila. Olohuoneessa on iso plasmatelevisio, dvd-soitin. Ruokailutila vieressä on tilava ja moderni keittiö. Keittiössä on täysin sähköliesi, uuni, astianpesukone, suodatettu vesi ja mikroaaltouuni.

Alakerrassa on myös yksi makuuhuone, kylpyhuone ja pesutupa. Pesula on täysin varustettu pesukoneella, kuivauksella, silityslaitteella ja silitysraudalla. On myös mukavuuksia vaatteiden ripustamiseen haluttaessa.

Takapiha sisältää äskettäin katetun alueen, jossa on ulkoasetukset ja bbq.

Yläkerrassa on makuuhuoneet, kylpyhuone, toinen wc, iso rumpus (oleskelutila, plasma ja dvd), aurinkotila ja kaksi parveketta. Iso parveke rantaa kohti.

Talossa on käänteinen polkupyörä ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin useimmissa huoneissa.

Kiinteistö on erittäin turvallinen korkea aita ja sähköinen portti. Autotallissa on kaukosäädin. Kiinteistö tarjoaa turvallisen pysäköinnin vähintään 2 autolle.

Kaikki liinavaatteet toimitetaan ilman lisämaksua (sängyt on tehtävä, jos niitä käytetään). Kaikki kylpyhuoneessa olevat pyyhkeet ja jotkut rantapyyhkeet.

Saapumisaika on saapumispäivänä yleensä klo 14.00 (tai neuvoteltu) ja lähtöaika klo 10 mennessä.

Valitettavasti ei lemmikkejä.

KIINTEINEN EI OSAPUOLIPOLITIIKKA

Makuuhuoneen kokoonpanot

Talossa on kolme / neljä makuuhuonetta, ja se voi siis tarjota 6/8 aikuista ja enintään 4 lasta.

Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone. Tässä huoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja yksi kerrossänky. Voi nukkua 4 (ehdotus korkeintaan 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta). Tässä huoneessa on plasma-tv.

Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Kaupunkinäkymän makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kaksinkertainen kerrossänky. Voi nukkua 4 (ehdotus korkeintaan 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta).

Yläkerran toinen makuuhuone merinäköalalla on tilava ja siinä on yksi queen-size-vuode.

(Yläkerran rumpus-huonetta voidaan haluttaessa käyttää neljäntenä makuuhuoneena muuttamalla lounge-sviittiä).


Sijainti

Talo sijaitsee kätevästi Seaview Roadilla. Se sijaitsee Henley Beach Jetty ja Grange Jetty; noin 1 km kummastakin. Ranta on tien toisella puolella. Ranta on sileä ja hiekkainen; hieno kävelyyn, pelaamiseen ja uimiseen.

Kävelymatkan päässä on monia erinomaisia kahviloita, ravintoloita ja hotelleja. West Lakes -ostoskeskus on merkittävä keskus lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Satamakaupunki on myös merkittävä merkkituotteiden suora kauppakeskus myös lähellä autoa.


Adelaide City on noin 11 km päässä. Talon ulkopuolella on bussipysäkki, joka vie sinut kaupunkiin.

Adelaiden lentokenttä on noin 7 km päässä.

Turvallisuutesi vuoksi tätä kiinteistöä hallinnoidaan vain Australiassa, emmekä koskaan pyydä maksuja ulkomaille pankkitileille.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Henley Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

One street from beach

This is a great property for groups as there's plenty of bedding options & 2 living areas. Ducted aircon & ceiling fans throughout make it a comfortable spot during warmer weather. Sue was fantastic to deal with, allowing us to check in early which was very much appreciated. She was quick to answer any questions we had & gave clear instructions.The layout of the house makes it fun to explore & the views from the upstairs bedrooms are both great (one of the water, one of the city).There's plenty of seating in the living room. A large dining table seats 8 & the smaller one in the living room seats 4.The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Although there wasn't a large dish to make lasagne, there was disposable BBQ trays in the pantry so that saved us.

Great property for families, it is very close to the beach and all other restaurants, cafes and shopping centre are aĺl within a reasonable walking distance. The host is very reponsive and amenable and we had fantastic stay.

Fabulous property!

This location is A1. Close to beach and local to shops. House is perfect for large groups or families with ample bedrooms, living rooms and space. Amazing views from balcony to beach. House was absolutely perfect for our needs. Host communication was outstanding

Fantastic location and so spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One street away from the beach. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Close to the airport and around 20 minutes to Adelaide

Awesome house for families

This property was brilliant for what we needed. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, clean and all the amenities that you could need plus everything was labelled (so helpful!). The location was amazing with the beach a very short distance and the shops and restaurants an easy walk away. Communication with Sue was easy and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again. Plenty of room for the family.

The house was great for what we needed. Plenty of space for us all to hang out or get away from each other!! The walk to the beach is very quick & it’s a nice walk to the pub & restaurants. Will definitely be looking to book again. Sue was great to deal with too.

Spacious with all we needed.

I booked this property for my cousin‘s family, three adults and three children, but I visited several times with my family. It is a good location with a very short walk across the road and down a small street to lovely Henley Beach. Location is wonderful, particularly if you have a vehicle, as the shops are a kilometer or so away. Lots of areas to relax so that adults and kids have their own space. The adults said that they had everything they needed in the kitchen, linens etc. for a wonderful stay. Great barbecue also.

Great Beach House

Stayed here for Christmas. Huge property! Everyone could find their own corner to escape to. Beautiful old Adelaide 1950s architecture with mod cons like ducted air-conditioning. Extremely comfy beds - best night's sleep I've had all year. Great swimming beach accross road and easy walk to Henley Square restaurants and Grange hotel. Beautiful sunsets from huge upper deck, and view of the hills from the East rooms and rear balcony. Will stay here again!

Great location beach a stones throw!

We had a lovely stay at Sue’s place, everything was well labelled and easy to navigate. The house is huge!! There is a lot of space so you aren’t on top of one another. We are a family of 4 but two families could comfortably stay here. The security is very good. It had everything we needed plus more. Best of all the beach was right across the road.

Spacious and perfect location, for our family

Upon arrival we found the home clean had everything we needed, we had elderly and frail parents, the bedroom downstairs bathroom, kitchen with a few steps served them well. The beach across the road was so convenient. We use the beach sitting chair found in the garage. Felt secure and very handy having remote electric gate and garage door. Spacious bedrooms and all the facilities needed. Even though some things need could do with being updating. We will be coming back and recommending. Thankyou Sue for sharing your lovely space.

Excellent property and unbeatable location

This property is very well equipped and is located perfectly. It can cater for large groups and has everything that you could possibly ask for. The fact that it has multiple outdoor areas means that you can choose different locations, depending on the time of day. We will certainly stay at this property in Henley Beach again.

Homely Beach House

The property was so much more than we expected. A double length garage was excellent for storing a kayak and bikes. The size of the house made it very comfortable for a group of six adults and visitors for our stay during the Tour Down Under. High ceilings kept the house at a pleasant temperature. Instructions for the house very well laid out and practical. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect beach holiday house

We stayed in The Henley Beach House in January 2020. The location is great- across the road from the beach entrance and beach itself is nice and quiet, with white and crispy sand. In 10-15 min walk there are plenty of cafes and a grocery store. The house is quite large and will easily fit two families. It has everything you'd expect in good working order. Climate control is great and quickly cools the property. We enjoyed the BBQ on the shaded deck as well. Thumbs up to the hosts -- minor maintenance issue was sorted almost immediately without any hassle for us. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, by the beach, half way between Grange and Henley Bridge jetties. Lots of space at this place, with a couple of living spaces for kids to do their own thing. Nice little outdoor area, great for breakfast and BBQ's. Awesome place to get away for a week.

Spacious living areas and bedrooms plus good options for outdoor living. Would suit a couple of families. Comfortable beds. Great location. Good parking options. A couple of negatives: loud traffic noise in front bedroom (I don't think the windows close properly); would prefer a top sheet on the beds rather than doona only - too hot; need to update some items in the kitchen eg a new dish brush, glad wrap, wobbly bar stools, a couple more tea towels would be good. Having said all this, I would stay at the house again but make sure I didn't get the front bedroom!
