Fox Hill is located at the top of an inclined gravel driveway. Please note that 4WD or AWD will be needed in the event of snow during the winter months.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig

UPSTAIRS LIVING/DINING - Dining table with seating for 4, couch, 2 lounge chair, Roku Smart Tv (feel free to login to your streaming apps)

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstands, lamps with USB charging ports, DOHM sound machine, and dresser.

BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, nightstand, lamps with USB charging ports, DOHM sound machine, closet.

BATHROOM - Shower/tub combo, toilet, sink/vanity, toiletries provided.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM - Full size sleeper sofa, linens provided.

DOWNSTAIRS HALF BATHROOM - Pedestal sink, toilet, toiletries provided.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and dryer are located on the lower level.

DECK - Outdoor sofa, coffee table.

BACKYARD/EXTERIOR - Hot tub, wood burning fire pit (wood NOT provided), 6 Adirondack chairs, propane grill (propane NOT provided).

EV CHARGER - 220V 40 Amp JuiceBox - Level 2, free for guest use (mounted on left side of house)


NOTES:
- Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $100. No cats, fines may apply.
- There is an exterior camera mounted by the basement utility door facing the driveway.
- As noted above, AWD or 4WD may be necessary in the winter months. We do have the driveway plowed, as needed.
- Firewood is not always provided (many guests leave some behind), so please plan ahead if you plan to use this amenity.
- If you plan to use the outdoor grill, please provide your own propane to ensure you have enough for your stay.

Good location for us... visiting family in the area. Quick trip to the brewery. Maybe due to the time of year and the local horses... but my son did not want to sleep in the basement room because of all the flies (dozens).

Was a perfect location being close to many wineries and breweries. Beautiful Mountain View as we enjoyed breakfast. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Trying to find firewood took a couple phone calls but the IGA near wintergreen had plenty. Only a 15 min drive.

Cozy Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The long driveway made us feel tucked away in a forest. The home has an open floor plan on the first floor giving it a great feel. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the visit.

Grad school graduation

The place was great! UVA graduation had everything booked, so we stayed closer to our favorite wineries in this great property. Host was great - communication was easy. We would stay again. Our family members mentioned that would be interested in returning with some of their friends. Overall great experience!.

Perfect Charlottesville area getaway

The house was private, beautiful, and perfectly maintained with a fire pit and hot tub to make the most of the evening with friends. We had a blast and slept comfortably with great access to the wineries in the area for our weekend getaway. Check-in and check-out was simple and stress free! Thanks!

It wa a a great place to go to spend some time with my best friend away from the fray of normal life. A great view, wonderful Hot tub and the house was perfect. The under eyes masks were a sweet surprise! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful spot

Fantastic Place

This property is wonderful for a nice long weekend away in the mountains and wine country. Its proximity to many places on the Nelson 151, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is hard to beat. The hot tub is great as well.
