One of the most beautiful beaches in Cap d'Agde, Rochelongue beach, with its beach bars and restaurants, is 500 meters away.

This comfortable 27 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove features a 6 m² southeast-facing terrace and sleeps 4. It offers magnificent views of the lagoon and the sea. There is no assigned parking space for this apartment. However, a large, free public parking lot is located 200 meters away.

This apartment consists of a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a small equipped kitchen (two-burner electric hob, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, mini-oven, microwave), a sleeping alcove with two 90cm bunk beds, a dining area in the living room, a lounge area with a TV, and a sofa bed overlooking the terrace.

The terrace is equipped with an electric roller shutter.

Usuals such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.
