Villa Anja welcomes you to Agde, offering 170 m² of space for up to 10 guests. You have 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal. The 5th bedroom and an additional shower room with WC are located in a studio that can only be rented by house guests. All windows have electric shutters, and the beds feature high-quality box spring mattresses.



The fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning in the living area, all bedrooms, and the winter garden (yoga) ensure comfort year-round. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV with streaming option, CD player, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, blender, and baby equipment.

Self check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Final cleaning is mandatory and available for an extra fee. Smoking indoors, parties, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am must be observed. Please report any damages. Waste separation according to local guidelines. Please observe the house rules.
