Filade Luxury Villa 1 is a brand-new (built in 2025), elegant property that combines high construction standards with modern comfort. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for up to 4 guests, it offers a welcoming atmosphere across 90 m² of stylish living space. From its terrace, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of Asomatos village, in southern Rethymno, just a short drive from the lively resort of Plakias and the many beaches along the south coast of Crete.
Designed on a single level, the villa features:
-A bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and TV.
-A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all necessary kitchenware (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle).
French doors open out to the spacious exterior, where you’ll find:
-A private swimming pool of 33 sqm with sunbeds and umbrellas.
-A shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area.
-A barbecue corner with a gas grill.
The two tastefully designed bedrooms are located on either side of the living room:
-One double bedroom.
-One twin bedroom with two single beds.
