External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area - with 220m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep) as well as a heated six seater hot tub with hydromassage facilities next to the pool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- portable- with gas hob also) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The BBQ area is also embellished with sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses for your utmost convenience. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts,taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide, climbing frame, swings) for our younger guests, a ping pong table and football net with a ball to master your skills, inspiring adventure and togetherness.



Bonus - Fitness 

Fitness equipment is also available, for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday, including 3 yoga mats, weights (1 - 2 kg), pilates balls (two small, one big), exercise stepper, exercise roller and exercise rope.



* The ground floor of the Villa is accessible by wheelchair and there is also a ramp available outdoors, however, the facilities and bathroom are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.



The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated, one in a sofa bed with real mattress located at the Attic type bedroom and one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the master bedroom of the first floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV and direct access to the terrace • Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 32” , access to balcony with comfy sitting.

There is also a specially designed play area for our younger guests next to the dining area- featuring children toys such as play kitchen set with accessories, ice cream play set, books - fairy tales for children and chalk board for children. 


The Villa is well equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including: a baby cot, a high chair, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Baby Monitor, Steriliser, Baby Potty seat, Changing Matt, Baby Bouncer (Relax), Socket Safety Covers, basic traveller Stroller - which can be provided upon request.
