The property and room were very comfortable and attractive and the owner was delightful and most helpful. It was the only place we stayed on this trip using recycling of disposables. The property was very convenient to the city and to the temples. Highly recommended,

The property was beautifully appointed, very clean, bright and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need for your stay was thoughtfully provided. Stefania is a lovely gracious hostess - personable, warm and extremely helpful She welcomed us with a complete electronic package outlining all the highlights / things to see in Agrigento and then provided excellent restaurant suggestions that did not disappoint. Comfortable and delicious breakfast

Our stay started with a very swift communication with Stefania, who helped organise check-in early. The room was fantastic, lots of space and comfortable. Plenty of parking for guests, beautiful views from the window and the private balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of standard cold meats and cheese, bread fruit, eggs, and home made cakes that were incredible.

Hosted Like a Valued Friend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sorahnia Design House. Stefania’s uber modern white house is set atop a hill. Access to the house and parking is controlled with a gate that makes you feel private and secure! Stefania was a delightful host who was lovely to talk with. Her breakfasts were amazing - everything you might want from fresh scrambled eggs, cheeses, and meat to her delicious home-baked cakes and breads. One early evening we returned to Design House particularly tired. Stefania picked up on this and offered a bottle of wine and glasses. Then she called for and ran out to pick up a pizza. Above and beyond! She single handedly turned our day from a failure-to-plan properly to a great memory. Our stay in Agrigento was memorable, not just for the amazing historical adventures, but also for our stay at Sorahnia Design House B&B

this is a really nice house located in a quiet corner outside of bustling Agrigento. the rooms are extremely clean, functional, bright and well designed. the hostess is a darling. very sweet and helpful. for example, when we asked where we could buy the best olive oil, she arranged for some friends of hers who produce organic high-quality oil to pick us up and escort us to their farm where we got the oil we needed. maybe the best made to order breakfast we had during our 3-week motor trip through Souther Italy and Sicily. the charge for the room and breakfast for 2 was too low and we told the owner she should raise her prices.

This is a lovely B and B designed with guests in mind. Very nice rooms and bathrooms with patios. Nice sunny breakfast room and terrace. The only disadvantage is that it is a few kilometres from the city centre, but the host was very kind to arrange a great taxi driver when needed. Also easy to drive to the Valley of the Temples avoiding the busy downtown area.

B&B SORAHNIA is very nice. The room is pretty big and the accomodation is great. The breakfast is really nice you have some nice choices and the staff is great. It's not very far from the center if you have a car which make it perfect. I would definitively recommend.

amazing stay in Agrigento!

Very nice B&B. This was the best stay on our whole trip to Sicily! The room was large, comfortable, and provided all needed amenities. The host/oner is very welcoming and flexible. Provided a lot of information on restaurants, sites to visit, etc. The breakfast was served by the owner and provided lots of good homemade cakes and bread (even shared some of the recipes!). This was a very nice experience! Thank you Stefania for your hospitality!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The place is perfect, clean, beautiful, nice room size, evetything you need is there. In the morning we had a nice, tasteful breakfast served outside. Stephania, the owner of the propery, prepared breakfast herself. There are such a variety of the dishes, including homemade pancakes, scramble eggs, cheese and salami, few kind of pies, fruit salad, yogurt, coffee's.... It worked for us perfectly, i am sure if will work for you too. Stephania is very nice and kind lady, we were lucky to discover her place. Thank you so much

This beautiful property is located on the outskirts of Agrigento. It is new, clean and nicely done. The hosts are incredibly nice and the breakfast was excellent. If you are traveling by care and want to stay “downtown”, this is the place!

This property was an unexpected luxury, exceeding all of our expectations. From the beginning, Stefania communicated well with us, making sure we had the correct location and knew when she was available for check-in. When we decided we were too tired to go out for dinner, having just driven through a violent thunder and lightening storm, Stefania, who was on her way to the store for supplies, offered to pick up a bottle of wine and sandwiches for us. Breakfast in the morning was delightful, with homemade peach cake, other sweets, eggs, meats, cheeses and much more. We spent most of our time in Sicily at a resort in Santa Flavia and were only in Agrigento for one night. On reflection, we were disappointed to leave after just the one night. The room at Sorahnia Design was nicer than the one we have at the resort. Thank you Stefania - you and your B&B are gems.
