I didn’t realize the booking included two meals, and was only able to inform the check in staff that we had two vegetarians in our group. The kitchen was most helpful to prepare very delicious vegetarian meals last minute and we were all very happy! The hot spring was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views! I would have given it 6 starts if it was possible.

素晴らしい景色とゆったりお風呂で最高

80過ぎの母との旅行で利用しましたが、部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、観光客も神戸や大阪とは違って少なく落ち着いてリラックスできました。 浴衣もサイズが選べたので、ちょうどよくて嬉しかったです。 食事もたっぷりでとても美味しかったです。お給仕されていた方には外国の方もいましたが、皆さん気持ちよく声を出して、丁寧に教育されているんだなと思いました。 部屋にティッシュがなかったので、鼻をかむのに、ペーパータオルを使うことになってしまったのが、ちょっと気になりました。大浴場にはペーパータオルとティッシュが交互にあったので、良かったですが、部屋にもティッシュがあれば、と思いました。 ロビーも広く、ホテルのどこからでも素晴らしい景色が見えて、部屋も広くゆっくりできました。関西の友人たちにもおすすめしたいとおもいます。

お部屋・お風呂・お食事どれをとっても大変良かったです。おせわになりました。 一つだけ、エアコンの設定が一括管理されていて部屋では暖房と冷房の切り替えができない点だけ不便でした。10月下旬で暖房に設定してくださっていたのですが、私たちが泊まった日はお天気が良く大きな窓からの陽射しが気持ち良かった分室温が上がってしまいました。冷房をつけたかったのですが一括管理のため窓を開けて風を入れるしか手がなく…季節の変わり目は冷暖房どちらも使えるとありがたいと思いました。

部屋は新しく景色も最高でしたが。

部屋の広さと新しさは整っておりアメニティも十分でした。またどこに行ってもスタッフの方の笑顔と声かけがあり嬉しかったです。 唯一残念だったのはお料理です。できたてであったり、席についてからの配膳であったほうが美味しさは違うように感じました。
バルコニーがあり、朝陽も夕陽も一望です。
