The staff at the front desk when I checked in on 11-23-25 were excellent. They were professional and always had a smile on their faces. I've been to a lot of hotels around the country and to be honest the two young ladies at the front desk made it a more enjoyable stay with their enjoyment to answer questions. They even provided me with directions to the venue I was attending that night. 100 out of 100 IMO. Also the kitchen cook the following morning was very pleasant and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again based on the staff alone. Also the morning staff desk was great also.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. When we checked in, we were initially given a room that was already occupied. We opened the door to find clothes hanging from the bathroom door and clear signs that another guest was already staying there. When we went back to the front desk, the staff was kind and apologetic but seemed unsure who was actually in that room. We were then given a different room, which unfortunately was not very clean. The floor appeared dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed, there was a blood stain on the carpet near the sink, and the shower tile looked stained or moldy. The room itself was also quite dark, even with all the lamps turned on. Breakfast was subpar. The only highlight was the coffee, which was hot and fresh. The one positive note is that the hotel’s location was convenient for our needs. Overall, the staff was friendly.

Okay ish stay

The only con I have is that we booked 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 double pull out couch. They only had King beds and a chair. Not the best situation but it could have been worse I guess.

This is an older Courtyard, and not was you expect when thinking ‘Courtyard by Marriott’. It was more like a Best Western. My pillows were old and lumpy, and bed very uncomfortable.

OK.

It was clean. But there are some general condition flags - the ice machine was out of order; a door I went out on the main floor was broken and did not lock(!); while we appreciated being able to open the balcony door and get the fresh air (air in the room was kinda stale) - there was no lock or bar on that door (often there's a stick that can keep the door sliding open). There was no milk for coffee at the bistro in the morning (there's a grocery practically within sight of the hotel.). So. Ok.
