I’ve stayed here for almost 2 months and spent so much money and I was treated so terribly and on my wives birthday at that! They checked us in early, and said our checkout was Saturday morning at 11am, but instead checked us out the same day as the reservation!

We checked in at 11 pm, which is late but hardly the middle of the night. Was not told hours for breakfast, not told the wifi password. Once we checked in, I got a text welcoming us and asking if there was anything we needed. Yes, we were a trio and there was only two sets of bath linens. Never heard back via text, phone, or in person. While the room was adequately clean, the headboard was very dusty (right over my head) and was coming away from the wall. The vanity light is VERY cool, but we had to figure out how to make it work. Disappointing.
