Home is fully furnished with beautiful stainless appliances in a spacious kitchen featuring a large island with stools and an equipped coffee bar. There is an attached deck overlooking the pond to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine @ sunset. The village of Akron is host to several restaurants and quaint shops. A park is situated right in center of town featuring a splash pad and gazebo. Buffalo waterfront is a a 30 minute drive and the home is situated close to the towns of Clarence, Williamsville, Amherst, Alden and Lancaster. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and features a large walk in closet and a full bath with a beautiful tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk and the 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed. All bedrooms have black out window treatments for a great nights sleep.
