Enjoyed our stay. Only concern was noise from adjoining property playing very loud music on Saturday night well into the early a.m. hours which made it very difficult to sleep that night. Otherwise, well-appointed property, comfortable sleeping spaces, convenient location, and friendly host.

Really cute place, a little difficult to find as Penny Lane isn't actually a street name. Having garage parking was great. I do wish the listing mentioned two flights of steep stairs, but we managed okay. Very convenient to U of A stadium and restaurants. Highly recommend.
