The apartment features a bright open-plan living area that combines comfort and functionality. The living space includes a cozy sofa that converts into a bed for one extra guest, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area.

The bedroom is thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable 160x200 double bed, wardrobe space, and soft bedside lighting that creates a warm and restful atmosphere.

Designed with simplicity in mind, the modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, washbasin, and WC.

Outdoor areas

The apartment offers two private balconies, each designed for relaxation and outdoor living.

The main balcony provides a pleasant space to unwind while enjoying views over Paleros town. It is furnished with outdoor seating, a dining table, and a BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco meals, or relaxing evenings.

The second, smaller balcony features a small table and two chairs and offers an additional quiet corner — perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

A private parking space for one car is available, with additional street parking nearby.
