Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad.

موظف الاسقبال لم يكن على مستوى من الاحترافية لانه لم يعرف كيف يتعامل مع حجزنا عن الطريق الموقع واضطر ان يتواصل مع االادارة في الرياض لكي يسمحب لنا بدخول مما ادى الى تأخييرناعند الدخول ! وكان يطالبنا بمبلغ الحجز وكان متفاجأ عندما اخبرته اني دفعت مبلغ اقل وقال هذا مستحيل عندنا الاسعارر اعلى بكثير ولكن. في الاخير دخلنا الى بعد ما انتظرنا منا سببب لنا بعض التوتر والانزعاج
