The restroom does not have an air filter, so during the day there is a smell that comes out once you open the door. Solution was when we leave to leave the door open and also the balcony so it can air out.

The staff was rude and extremely impolite. The air conditioning did not work properly, and we were told it could not be fixed until two days later. Even when we brought it up several times, the staff insisted it was working – even though the receptionist came to the room and confirmed it was not. Stuff was friendly, professional and friendly. Pool area was comfortable, but unfortnately guests keep sun beds reserved by placing towels on them. Elevator was working but quaite slow. A/C worked, but it has very bad remote control and was difficult to turn on/off. Kitchen has all what we needed for short stay and stove + kettle worked fine. Shower was good and no problems with water pressure or temperatures.

One month in HMA

Everything was quite ok, we just had to melt fridge, it was all fully frozen. Took one night to have it safely working. Kitchenette was small too, almost no equipment at all. Had to buy own kettle and fryingpan.. Two forks,two spoons,one fruitknive. We had an apart on the street side,was good for the first week(so hot was weather), but a little bit annoying was traffic, here they don't save the horn!! All together, a place to stay anyway. Safe and staff were quite friendly. Today there are russians of course,but never mind...

Et fantastisk hotel til prisen, køkkenet ikke meget at råbe hurra for, men man kan klare sig på det. Søde og hjælpsomme ansatte, fin rengøring af værelset. Beliggenheden er rigtig god, midt i byen, uden at være for tæt på bazaren og de store hoteller på stranden. Fine lokale spisesteder, hvor man spiser godt og billigt. Mulighed for at blive ved poolbaren om aftenen, desværre ikke mange der benytter det. Vandet i poolen er virkelig koldt.

Det var super ærgeligt at komme frem til hotellet og de så var overbooket og man blev spurgt om man ville dele værelse med en anden. Værelset skulle have været klar fra kl 15, havde skrevet med hotellet at jeg ankom først kl 04, som jeg har gjort før. Men denne gang var der intet værelse klar.
