Chalet comprising 2 gites. The apartment is duplex. Entrance with plenty of storage for clothes and shoes and a WC. Large living room with kitchen offered on living room - dining room. A utility room is accessible from the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 3 separate beds with walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed / 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 140 x 190 cm / 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a bath + sink) water and a separate toilet. Terrace and balconies are facing south. Pleasant garden with deckchairs and ping-pong table. Storage room for skis and bicycles. Being in the heart of the village while being quiet in order to take advantage of the unobstructed views of the mountains and a pleasant sunny terrace is what La Ferme du Soleil offers and this apartment fitted out to comfortably accommodate 14 people. A yoga room on the same property is available for the organization of wellness stays (yoga, Qi-gong, pilates...). Christophe warmly welcomes you to his grandparents' former farmhouse, a carefully renovated property offering two independent rentals.
