Welcome to this newly built accommodation from 2023, which offers modern facilities and great comfort. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the peace and quiet of a cul-de-sac while at the same time having direct access to nature. The garden is visible through an impressive window front and gives the impression of an additional living room.



The accommodation offers two cozy bedrooms as well as a desk for your needs. The bathroom is flooded with light and creates a pleasant atmosphere.



Thanks to the ideal location, you can easily explore the Danube Valley and discover all its beauty.

Great holiday apartment

Pros: Great holiday apartment, everything was top👌 Starting with the welcoming, which was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ one! The owners are a lovely couple, they welcomed us in person and did everything they could to make us feel at home. There was a large fruit basket waiting for us, plus other little touches. There was even a small Christmas tree in the living room (we spent Christmas time there). The apartment was very clean, the bathroom is very big and perfectly equipped with everything one would need. We really felt at home and we'll come back, that's for sure. Nochmals vielen Dank, Heidi und Rainer!☺️ Cons: Nothing

Neues Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden diese Unterkunft auch nochmal buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Aus unserer Sicht können die Gastgeber nichts besser machen, weil das schon alles super durchdacht ist.

Eine sehr schöne,gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung.

Pros: Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Urlaub in Albstadt und zauberhafter Umgebung. Cons: Es gibt nichts was uns mißfallen hat.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Äußerst ruhige Lage, modern und funktionell eingerichtet, und es fehlt an nichts. So viele Extras in Bad und Küche haben wir noch nicht erlebt - vom Duschgel bis zum Obstteller. Danke an die sehr netten Vermieter!

Pros: Die Aufteilung der Wohnung, Bad mit WC und extra WC, ideal für 4 Personen. Super nette Vermieter. Wir wurden mit Obst, Getränken und anderen Gifs verwöhnt. Besonders toll war die Idee mit Getränken und anderen alltäglichen Utensilien im Keller. Man konnte sich alles nehmen, in eine Liste eintragen und bezahlen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Cons: nichts

Fünf Sterne sind viel zu wenig. Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Breite Türen, begehbare Dusche, Duschstuhl, alles barrierefrei, und super ruhig ist sie auch. Nur zu empfehlen. Das Ehepaar Gulde ist sehr, sehr nett, wir würden herzlich empfangen. In der Wohnung stand frisches Obst, im Kühlschrank Milch und Wasser. Auch im Bad alles super: Viele Handtücher, Duschutensilien, alles da, es fehlte uns an nichts. Cons: Nichts

Sehr schöne neue Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage!

Pros: Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber war überaus freundlich, sie waren sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Eine große Schale mit frischem Obst, Getränke, Knabbergebäck und noch einiges mehr wurde für uns bereitgestellt. Ebenso erhielten wir viele nützliche Informationen über die Gegend und Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse mit Garten konnte man bei einem Gläschen Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem Berg von der Natur umgeben, und ist daher der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder Radfahren . Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unserem Enkelkind sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
