It features one en-suite double bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out second bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. A second full bathroom is also available.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring year-round comfort. The bright and airy living area opens onto a generous balcony, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying a barbecue while overlooking the condominium’s landscaped gardens. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Self Check-in
This property operates on a self check-in basis. Access details will be shared prior to arrival.

Identification Details
Identification details are mandatory for all non-resident guests prior to check-in, in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements.

Tourist Tax
A municipal tourist tax may apply depending on local regulations. The applicable amount and conditions will be confirmed prior to arrival and must be settled before check-in. As a reference, the maximum rate during high season is €2 per person per night, for up to 7 nights.

Security Deposit
An additional security deposit may apply for certain bookings or special dates, depending on the reservation details.
