Well equipped good sized apartment with a lovely view of the beach and sea from the balcony. Only a short walk to the beach and old town and supermarket. Nice sun terrace with loungers on top floor with great view.

Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We did appreciate getting our linens and towels replaced with clean ones each week. Lots of road construction around the area which resulted in the street below us being very busy. We had an issue with two outlets in the living room not working, which was not resolved during our stay. The rental is very close to Old Town. Several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It is a small refrigerator, but there is also a separate freezer which is convenient if you want to store frozen food.

An excellent host Terencio is. Property is ideal for a vacation. Close to the beach, old town, etc. Property has all amenities and is very clean and well kept.

This our second time at the property, the location is awesome, rooftop terrace spectacular, however our washer did not work and was not fixed by the host during our stay. Some furnishings need updating (sofa, rooftop loungers). We had a great time but the communication was frustrating.

Beautiful

The host was great, he welcomed us personally at the apartment with his assistant, both provided us with excellent information and advice. His apartment was clean and had all of the listed amenities. The apartment is on a residential area with a very quick and easy walk to downtown and the beach in Albufeira. Spacious and cozy, with comfortable 2 beds, nice little kitchen, and cozy sitting area. The balcony has an amazing view, we really enjoyed seating there with a cup of coffee every morning. The terrace is another plus with also a view that is breath taking, and if you love the sun that’s your place. The apartment is best for an individual or a couple. Definitely highly recommended! We had a wonderful week.

Vue imprenable sur la mer et Albufeira

Il s'agit d'une tres belle propriété, propre et bien équipée. A quelques pas du vieux quartier. Cependant il manquait quelques articles de base peu coûteux ( sel et poivre, liquide a vaiselle et sacs a ordures). Nous recommandons cette propriété. Terencio le proprio est fort sympatique. Autobus locale a la porte pour se déplacer dans Albufeira et petit Intermarché tout près. A noter que pour se déplacer sur la côte de l'Algarve, il est préférable de louer une voiture car les trains et bus régionaux sont peu pratiques et finissent par être couteux. La gare de train n'étant pas au coeur d'Albufeira cela complique les déplacements.

Great apartment

The accommodation was ideal for what we wanted, everything was as stated. I went for the beach which is close by, the owner is an absolute legend, nothing too much trouble and he made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Appt, Great Location

A great property in a great location - a short walk to the Square that is uphill on the way home. Terêncio is a great host and was very helpful, thank you. The roof terrace is shared with 1 or 2 other appts, but was always empty during my stay. There was a hot spell during the week and the bedroom aircon was not able to cool any lower than 25C. Had a great time staying here and can recommend this property - hope to stay again!

Great location just a few hundred meters from old town allows you to enjoy the party atmosphere and then head home to peace and calm Restaurants and Bars all over within a minute walk Tourista train drives right past the property easy walk to beach , ld town and the marina

Best view

This apartment had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen and a million dollar view from the balcony of the sea and old town. Just a short walk to the local market (Intermarche) and lovely coffee shop (Samora Cafe) completed our positive experience. There is some climbing and several stairs to the property, so if a person has mobility issues this may be a concern. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. We would love to stay there again.

A Month on the Run!

Terencio was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival answering any questions that we had. As well, he met us at the apartment on our arrival and was very welcoming. We found the property to be the perfect location to have access to several areas within the Algarve. Within Albufeira, the Old Town, the beach, a grocery store and the bus stop were all within a 5 minute walk. Catching a bus outside the apartment took us to the main bus station, or for a transfer at the main bus terminal to get to the train station, easily, for our adventures. The apartment had all the necessities for the month and almost felt like home. Along with the front balcony off the living room that received the morning sun, the roof top deck had sun all day long. Housekeeping came in weekly to change the bedding and towels, which was not expected but appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Don & Kim Canada

Superb location, excellent view!

This property was remarkable. It definitely is better suited for a single or perhaps two friends( two twin beds), but had everything I needed. Proximity to the beach, a full market, old town...can't beat it! Working with Terencio was a joy, although reaching him was difficult at times. But, once connected, no issues! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice place to relax

The check-in was easy. The unit was nice, with a nice view of the ocean. We slept in the living room on the convertible sofa rather than sleep on the two twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were dish towels, which in our Vrbo experience, is unusual. A few small things would have been nice to provide: dish soap and trash bags. Neither was too expensive but no guest is going to go through a full bottle of dish soap or 50 trash bags. The shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure was good. Five minute walk to the grocery store and 5-10 minutes to the beach. Two complaints: one is that one day mid-stay a woman with keys tried tried to enter the unit. She was seemingly the cleaning woman. We weren’t told or asked about this. I would suggest waiting until after the rental is over to have people come in to clean. The second is that there were pretty consistent dog barks during the day (luckily not really at night) from all around, and especially inside the courtyard.

Magnificent View

This apartment is delightful, the rooms are well laid out and all necessities are provided. The view is superb and can be a never ending source of entertainment- the seascape, the clear view of three of the beaches Albufeira is famous for, is panoramic from a balcony that has sun in the morning and is pleasantly shady in the afternoon. The view from the roof terrace is phenomenal and will make it difficult to tear your eyes away from the tiers of the resort and the wonderful sight of paragliders, rolling waves and vast expanses of sand. It’s possible to see a little of Portuguese life and routine here being close to two schools, although seeing teens going to school in parkas and woolly hats in May, with temperatures of 28 degrees is incongruous! Be warned that Albufeira is set upon many hills and slopes and this apartment is four ‘tiers/flights’ up. If you are infirm this apartment is it for you, as there are 3 sets of stairs to climb from the front gate… But it is worth it for the view - there are cabs, Tuk-Tuks and a little land train to help with the burden of the climb, all at reasonable prices.

Fantastic break!

The apartment is wonderful. It has beautiful design and everything u need. The sea view from the balcony and terrace for sunbathing are fantastic The location is great too. Short walk to the beach and to the old town with bars restaurants and clubs for drinks, lovely food and endless entertainment. Our host was very kind and nice, very helpful to all our needs. Big thank you that he done everything to make our holiday perfect! We will be really looking forward to come back.

Wonderful VIEW apartment close to everything

We lived in this apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed it! Our host was wonderful, kind and complete ! The apartment had everything we needed…. And the kitchen was great! We walked everywhere and if we wanted to take the bus to others locations (Central Market, other beaches, The Strip) the bus stop was just outside to the right of the apartment. Highly recommend Albufeira and this wonderful apartment!

Great location in old town

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner, Terencio was here to meet us on checkin. Our towels were changed 2x per week. The view is incredible from the apartment, balcony, and especially the roof top terrace. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old town of Albufeira. Have been staying in Albufeira since 1978. This apartment has all the facilities of home. Excellent new kitchen and bathroom. We stayed in apartment No. 4. This apartment in next to the amazing sun terrace. No British TV. One of the best apartments we have stayed in, in Albufeira.

Paradise on the coast

Just a fantastic place to spend time in The Algarve. The apartment is quiet yet central to everything that needs to be seen and done. There is nothing that you will need while staying here. The owner is kind, thoughtful and tidy. Would love to make this our annual place to stay. Recommended highly.
