The apartment faces south and is located on the 2nd floor, access is only via stairs. It have: living room, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom and a south-facing terrace. The living room is equipped with a system that transforms the existing sofa into a double bed (1.40L*1.95C). It has a terrace connected to the living room, where you can sunbathe and have all your meals, while enjoying the excellent views of the sea, pool and surrounding areas.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron and utensils for 2 people.

The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The water is heated using an electric boiler.

For your safety, the house has a first aid kit, extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.

For your convenience, the house has bed linen and towels for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. Air conditioning is available in the living room.
