Villa Hawai is a charming holiday home located in Albufeira, ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquillity in a welcoming environment.



The spacious living and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor space, offers a bright and comfortable setting for relaxing and socialising.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower and a bedroom with two bunk beds also en suite with a shower. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



On the first floor there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and another twin bedroom en suite with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring full convenience for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and comfort.



Outside, the pleasant garden with a private swimming pool and barbecue invites you to relax and enjoy outdoor moments in a peaceful and welcoming setting.



Villa Hawai offers the perfect balance between rest and leisure, located just a few minutes from the centre of Albufeira, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful Praia dos Pescadores.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
