Villa Ushuaia is a charming holiday home, designed for those seeking comfort, privacy and moments of rest in a tranquil environment, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the Algarve with convenience.



The living and dining room is bright and welcoming, with direct access to the terrace and pool area, creating a harmonious space to relax, socialise and enjoy the interior in perfect harmony with the exterior.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with two single beds, comfortable and well distributed, served by a complete bathroom with two showers, offering a practical and functional solution for guests.



On the first floor is located the master bedroom with a double bed, en suite, with a bathroom with shower, providing greater privacy and a more secluded environment for rest.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and designed to facilitate meal preparation throughout your stay.



On the exterior, the villa has a spacious and well-maintained garden, a heated private swimming pool (additional cost), sun loungers and a leisure area with a snooker table, ideal for moments of fun. The outdoor dining area with barbecue invites long meals in good company.



Villa Ushuaia is located in Galé, in a calm and pleasant area, close to reference beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and with easy access to Albufeira and the main leisure options in the region.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
