Villa Katharina is a beauty enclosed by walls and hedges that surround the well-kept garden. 
The bright white exterior with Grecian-style blue framed windows welcomes you inside. Step into the large open-plan living space with a cosy lounge that has a family-size sofa for everyone to settle into. The room is illuminated thanks to the many windows and patio doors leading onto the terrace. In the kitchen, you'll find many modern appliances to ensure you feel as at home as possible. Head downstairs to the lower level where you'll find the fantastic games room which has been converted from a garage to hold darts, table football, ping pong, and a pool table. We're sure you'll enjoy endless hours of entertainment down here and a bit of friendly competition. Back on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor, they are both fitted with ensuite shower rooms and have access to private sea-view terraces. 
Just a short walk away you'll find the stunning Praia de Coelha, a small sandy cove surrounded by rocks. The resort of Gale is just a short drive away with lots to explore. However, if you prefer to go on foot there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity offering traditional Portuguese cuisine. 

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 93cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 66cm wide. The path to the pool area is 110cm wide. The grounds are uneven with several steps leading between the villa and the pool area. There are 4 steps from the front door to the pool, or 7 steps from the lounge to the pool area. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 72cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. The door to the kitchen is 68cm wide, and the door to the lounge is 120cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
