The kitchen is joined by the living room, television, comfortable seating and panoramic windows. Of course you can also go into the living room from the entrance area.

A staircase leads to the lower level, where a spacious game room promises relaxation. You can spend sociable hours with family and friends at a small bar or in a TV seating area. Or you can play billiards or table tennis. A card table and a foosball table are also available.

The outdoor area with lawn and tropical plants allows pleasant relaxation, especially at the swimming pool (8x5m) with outdoor shower and loungers.

Many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity invite you to linger. Supermarkets such as Apolónia, Aldi, Lidl, etc. are represented everywhere in the Algarve.

The extensive beach is only a five-minute walk away.
