The space provides a contagious open layout vibe that is naturally attractive. Includes a beautifully secluded and fully fenced backyard to enjoy.

Walking distance to UNM and all the restaurants and amenities in the University central area of Albuquerque. Also a very recommendable New Mexican food restaurant called the Frontier Restaurant is 2 blocks away.

The home is also close to Nob Hill which features excellent restaurants.... Zinc, Zacatecas, Nob Hill Grille, Flying Star, etc. Very walkable and bike friendly neighborhood. Pope Joy hall is right down the street. Vibrant student neighborhood in the middle of Albuquerque. It is close to downtown, the airport, Walgreens, grocery stores, gas, shopping, etc.

Guests will have private access to the private space and fully fenced backyard.

My name is Sergio. My fiancé, Alondra, and I are the hosts of this space. We live just 6 minutes away and pride ourselves on being responsive and proactive with our team just one phone call away. We will always go above and beyond to make sure all of our guests are comfortable so do not hesitate to call or text either one of us if you need anything.

The space is in the heart of Albuquerque just two blocks from UNM and Frontier restaurant. Super close to Downtown and the Airport. Walgreens, Food, Gas, Grocery store, many stores just walking distance! Centralized location!

This is a great location for all types of public transportation.... City bus, taxi, uber, Gas scooter rentals just two blocks away, bike rentals walking distance.

We are pet friendly. Clean up after your pets please. If anything gets damaged, please reach out so that we can discuss covering a replacement. There is another unit in the front with its own private entrance. The space is also rented on Airbnb. There is a locked up cleaning room in between the two units to serve as a buffer zone. The space is super private and quiet.
