We stayed here last year and were well satisfied. Not so much this year. While the room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful, the bathroom in 216 needs work. Wallpaper is coming off the wall, the tile needs repair and grouting, there was mold on the wall near the shower, and the faucet leaks. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. We appreciated breakfast starting at 6 am, even on Sunday.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff very pleasant. The breakfast was good. Our only comment… while checking in, the the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. However, he looked as if he had just come in from gardening, clothes very dirty. First impressions are important.

Good hotel but pet fee is ridiculous! $75 for up to 4 pets but most people have only one or two. We paid $10 each for two pets the night before at LaQuinta. Will stay. There next time.

The hotel and staff were great! I made the reservation with an expired cc. This was an error. In your app, I could not add a new cc number. This was very frustrating. There should be some way to add a new cc. And, the one key is very confusing.

Overall, it seems like a nice hotel but once you get inside, there’s a lot of things that just aren’t working. One of the elevators was not in service. The hot tub was not working, the door to the pool was broken and then in the room the thermostat didn’t work. there were loose screws on the shower bar, etc. The pool also seemed very dirty and gross and wasn’t being used. Then all the ice machines aren’t working as well. So just disappointing in the amount of things that didn’t work. It seems like there’s not much maintenance going on in the rooms or the pool issue. Beds were comfortable though.
