From check in to check out my stay was positive experience. Staff was professional and friendly, the location convenient, the room clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was quick for pick up and return the following day. I did not partake in the breakfast but it looked very nice.

I stay at home2suites when i travel. This is the first time i stayed at the one in ABQ. They charge a pet fee 4 times higher than any place ive stayed and they charged an $8 parking fee to park in their parking lot. The parking spaces are too small for normal sized cars. The bathroon faucet wasnt secured tonthe sonk and there was very low water pressure. When i brought my concerns to staff's attention their answer was "relax. Its new years eve" they wouldnt even respond to my issues. The halls smelled funny too. stayed and they charge a $8 parking fee

The room was exceptionally clean, well cared for, and much better stocked than the 4 star Marriott we stayed at the week before. The front desk was excellent and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good especially for a buffet and the kids enjoyed all the amenities. The only complaints I had were the pool was closed for maintenance and our kids were really looking forward to swimming, so that was a bummer, and the shower in our room took a good 10 minutes to even get to lukewarm temperate with the handle turned all the way up.
