Amazing stay! Midway stop on 24 hour road trip and did not disappoint except that we couldn’t stay linger. Staff was super friendly at check in even at 9pm. Parking was a little limited but mostly due to so many larger vehicles sideways parking and taking up multiple spots. Beds were beyond comfy as was bedding. Pillows were oh my goodness, yes. Our heads didn’t hit the bed the second we hit them. Rooms were well lit with plenty of mirrors which was helpful than one tiny not so lit one. Shower had amazing water pressure which was just amazing. We had a first floor room which was nice as no elevator, but not 100% important. Our room was next to the pool and in the middle of the most adorable mini “garden” with gazebo and what looked like a cute fire pit just not lit. Didn’t check pool as we got in late and it was 40° when we checked out. And breakfast. Oh my goodness breakfast. Listing said “continental” which usually means day old donuts and coffee but this was a whole other continent. At check-in wad told hours and that waffles were on one side and other items on other. Curiosity peaked. When we walked in there was a variety of items. Waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cottage cheese and fruit cocktail, and a breakfast soup I didn’t see or try. It was all hot, fresh, delicious, and filled as it was low or empty immediately. Super friendly staff was the icing on the stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Albuquerque.

When we checked into the room, there were live roaches crawling around in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and told them we would not be staying. We moved to another hotel. hotels.com and quality Inn neither one would refund our money we paid for the room. I wouldn’t recommend quality Inn or hotels.com either one.

We were told that there was a deposit- 3x the room rate which will get refunded in 7 - 10 business days before checking into our room. We went through hotels.com/expedia to pay for the room-- so the room was already paid for-- unfortunately non-refundable. I wasnt going to pay that much deposit for that hotel. I felt like they would do what they can to charge me misc things/ fees, so they can keep that deposit. I lost money for the room, but felt I wwould lose additional if we decided to stay.

Staff was courteous, the D side door don't lock. The hallway looked nice and clean. Walking into the room it looked clean, until you looked at the walls. The walls do need to be wiped down. Including in the bathroom. The desk was old looking with scratches or carving but stull needs to wiped clean along with the nightstand. The beds were clean ( no bugs) and comfortable. We didnt sit on the couch. One of my concerns was the sliding door was left open and anybody could've been inside. Overall I would stay there again.

Yes the room was left unfinished...the pillows were NOT at the head and there was NO COMFORTER left on one of the beds... the staff OVERCHARGED my card and now i cant get anyone to answer the phone
