Property & room were good. Short on towels in ser up for 2 people. Expedia needs to correct their cost price listing per pet as it's listed presently at $10 less than Quality Inns actual costs. Check in clerk could use an attitude adjustment.

Housekeeping did not empty trash from previous person. Litter on floor under bathroom counter. Carpet very stained. Nobody was available for check-in. Rules like by breakfast area thumbtacked to the wall like "No food to be eaten in room." Question that since they have room service menu (delivery) to room. Obvious lack of continued maintenance all throughout. Never again!

It was clean and easily accessible from I-40. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings only a block away so don't have to get back in the car after a long drive. Value for the price was very good.

The property is easy to locate. The room is a bit odd and the hallways towards our room is a bit narrow. The carpet needs deep cleaning. The bathroom floor makes a squeaking sound everytime I move.

We had some issues with the elevator working. The door into our room had a faulty knob and lock. The walk ways needed cleaning as did the inside of the elevator. The bed was comfy and the breakfast good.

The room assigned at check-in was already occupied. The 2nd room had a dirty toilet blow and a constant drip from the tub faucet. However, the beds were comfortable and the shower was adequate.

Ok so 1. It’s Albuquerque NM, standards are already lower. 2. It’s right off the 40 and less than $100 a night so the bar isn’t super high. Overall it suited our needs for a 10 hour stop over. Beds were really comfortable so that’s a bonus, big items were clean and no bugs but floors and overall cleanliness left some to be desired. Just dated, worn, nothing filthy or anything. Breakfast was typical waffles, oatmeal packs, bread, pastries, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy (which hubby said was actually really good), fruit would’ve been nice but never really expect that. Doors everywhere were janky. Shady characters in parking lot at night but was able to park right outside our hotel room. So overall a ok stay for the money but might spend a little more next time through for something better.
