Absolutely amazing service. The staff were all amazing, friendly and had great senses of humour. The room was clean and well set out and the bed was comfortable. The food was amazing. Will definitely stay there again and encourage anyone we know heading through Albury to do the same

This should be a great place, but with no ground floor rooms and the lift out of order, not very accessible. I asked for a ground floor room. Of course that wasn't an option, but nobody thought to ask me if I was okay with stairs (I am, but that's not the point). Restaurant service was slow even thought it was quiet, and they forgot my drink order. Overall, stay was pleasant, with rooms meeting what I expect of BW
