Old and dated but in a fantastic location

Great location, right near the beach and restaurants. However, it's a very old apartment, particularly in the kitchen. The drains were quite smelly throughout the apartment at times. If you are looking for a peaceful place, then this is not ideal as the soundproofing is terrible and you can hear the neighbours from all directions - bring earplugs! We had a great time here but don't think we'd stay in this apartment again.

Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Da sie direkt am Strand liegt muss man damit rechnen, dass es tagsüber sowie Nachts ab und zu etwas lauter sein kann. Im Durchschnitt hält es sich aber in Grenzen. Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit Baulärm und Hellhörigkeit

Aufenthalt Ende März 2024, sehr gut und nah am schönen Strand gelegen. Saubere Wohnung, guter Check-in. Allerdings über fast die gesamte Zeit Bau -und Renovierungslärm um und im Haus, dieses sehr hellhörig. Parkplatzsituation grenzwertig, mussten am zentralen Parkplatz, ca500 m entfernt parken. In der Hauptsaison wird das Parken ein Glücksspiel, ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung wäre für beide Punkte hilfreich gewesen. Fliegengitter wären auch schön gewesen, da es bereits Mücken gab.

Cittadini - Alcudia

Meine Frau und Ich haben zwei schöne Wochen in der neu renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war soweit OK bis auf die Handtücher, hier wäre es schön noch zwei -drei mehr zu haben. Ist ja auch kein großer finanzieller Aufwand. Ansonsten kann ich die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist natürlich genial, direkt am Playa , und an einem der schönsten der Insel.

Tolles Appartement - perfekte Lage

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Strand, näher geht es eigentlich gar nicht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Obst, Wasser und Keksen überrascht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Das Appartement war sehr sauber, frisch und modern renoviert und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt renoviertes Apartment in Spitzenlage

Das genannte Apartment muss vor Kurzem renoviert worden sein und befindet sich in einem quasi ungebrauchten Zustand. Es ist alles da was man so braucht insb. die kleine Spülmaschine macht das Leben sehr viel leichter, als in den meisten anderen Wohnungen vor Ort. Auf dem Balkon hat man den ganzen Mittag/Nachmittag Sonne und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in erster Reihe am Strand, hat ein nagelneues und Top-Sauberes Bad.
