Fantastic 4 makuuhuoneen huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella ja ylellinen paikka Alcudian Alcanada Beach. Pohjakerroksessa on keittiö, olohuone, makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Kaksi huonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on parveke. Kaksi terassia pohjakerroksessa. Siinä on 2 auton autotalli ja oma uima-allas matkailu. Talo on varustettu kodinkoneet, keittiö, kylpypyyhkeet ja ranta.
Tämä huvila on saanut hyvää palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Poncetin poukama. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi kuntosalin ja pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

We definitely recommend this accommodation. The house is clean and very complete and well equipped. You only have to bring your clothes and swimsuit, the rest is already available: more than enough towels (bathroom and beach towels), soap in every bathroom, playing toys for pool and beach, good WiFi in and around the house,.... The host is wonderful as well, very friendly and helpful with good communication. She even provided us with the first groceries like some fruit, bread, cheese, water, butter for the first day(s). As the house, the pool is very clean and well maintained. We looked forward to come back next time.

Maria was easy to contact and very accommodating.A nice, spacious villa in a quiet area yet within strolling distance of the coast.We checked in on 30/03/26 and the weather was quite cool for our stay.We found only enough hot water for 3 showers at a time but phasing of use worked.A spacious villa for 8 persons

The villa was well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable. Everywhere was clean.We enjoyed the pool and the added toys for the 3 year old in our party. A lovely nearby restaurant. And bus stop in a 5 minute walk.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool war sehr angesagt, da wir ja richtig Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Mietwagen sollte man unbedingt mieten für diverse Einkäufe. Das Restaurant, dass zu Fuß erreichbar war, hat uns leider nicht zugesagt. Also späten Nachmittag rein ins Auto und los. Somit haben wir auch immer leckere Restaurants gefunden. Nicht über die gegenüberliegenden Kameras wundern, die dienen nur zur Sicherheit. Keine Überwachung. ;-) Ich hoffe ich habe nichts vergessen. Unterkunft ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Maria, die liebe Frau die ein in Empfang nimmt, ist jederzeit für Fragen und Antworten offen und sehr nett. Zur späten Anreise hatten wir Pech mit Essen gehen, aber keine Sorge - es gab genug Obst, der Kühlschrank war mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt und Toastbrot war auch da. Also sind wir bei der Anreise nicht verhungert.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern (3 & 4) dort und es war wirklich perfekt! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche, aber auch z.B. Poolspielzeug für die Kinder und Poolliegen etc.), die Raumaufteilung war super und der Außenbereich mit Pool ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin María ist super toll - uns erwartete ein prall gefüllter Kühlschrank, Vorratsschrank und Obstkern (damit wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten) und María war immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten (z.B. war eine Lampe kaputt und wurde direkt repariert).Die Lage ist hervorragend (mit Mietwagen, in der Tiefgarage haben zwei Autos locker Platz): Eine ruhige Wohngegend, man ist mit dem Auto aber auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Alcúdia. Ein Kiesstrand ist fußläufig entfernt, man kann dort prima schwimmen und ein schattiges Plätzchen unter Bäumen ergattern. 100% Weiterempfehlung!!!

The perfect villa for our first family holiday. Maria was a great hostess, nothing was too much for her. On arrival we were given a tour of the property, the fridge and cupboards were full of essentials to get settled in. Maria went out of her way to pick up another cot and delivered it that very night for us. The property was very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The pool was perfect for the two little ones, although we couldn’t stay in it for too long as it was a bit chilly for the 4 month old. Location was great, walking distance to two lovely restaurants. Alcudia port was about 30 minutes walking. Would love to come back soon :)

Just back from a brilliant holiday in a delightful property. The location was ideal for us. Close enough to civilisation but not in the thick of it. A 2 min walk to the sea where we snorkelled and sun bathed every day. When we arrived the house was beyond our expectations. It was clean with all mod cons and our wonderful host made sure we had some essentials (milk, bread, butter, coffee) and also left us a huge bowl of fresh fruit which lasted much of the week. Our host communicated well and met our every need.I would definitely rebook this property for next time.

The location is quiet, near the beach, a small play park and Spar. Everywhere else is easily accessible. At the end of the road, La Terazza is an upmarket restaurant with fabulous sea views, delicious food, excellent service and it is reasonably priced. Maria and her husband go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful holiday. We have had the privilege to stay in some wonderful places all over the world but none have been as generously equipped as this one. Every room was immaculately clean, as was the pool. The kitchen has everything one could desire from a salad drier to an ice cream scoop. As well as the fridge/freezer there is plenty of cupboard space for dry goods. There is also a utility room and a double garage. In addition to the two bedroom balconies, there is a roof terrace. Beach towels are provided and there are beach chairs and buckets and spades. On arrival there is enough food in the fridge to see you through at least to the next day plus all the basics. Needless to say, our family of three generations had a fabulous holiday.

A wonderful villa

This property is delightful, with everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and enjoyable.Beautiful location, in a quiet area and a good base for exploring the island.Thank you to Maria who left us plenty of supplies to start our holiday. We would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Great villa

Just got back from a week at Maria’s villa.Maria was there to meet us on arrival. Slight language barrier as she doesn’t speak any English and we don’t speak Spanish, but we pointed our way round and she showed us around the villa.All rooms were clean and as shown on the pictures.Pool was lovely and we used it every day.It was quite a walk down to the town / Port but there is a bus that runs every hour so we got that most days and then walked back later as the bus finishes about 9pm.I would definitely recommend Maria’s villa as we had a lovely stay.Nice welcome pack too.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Absolut schnelle und problemlose Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Es war sogar eine Grundausstattung an Essen, wie Obst, Toast, Butter, Milch, Kaffee, etc. vorhanden.Vielen Dank Maria!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es entspricht ziemlich genau den Beschreibungen, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Maria ist als Vermieterin sehr angenehm, steht bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung, lässt einen aber ansonsten in Ruhe. Sehr nett war der gefüllte Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung mit allem, was man für den ersten Tag benötigt, inkl. Willkommen-Bier und -Wein :-)

Ostern in Alcanada

Wir verbrachten eine Woche über Ostern in der traumhaften Villa. Der Kontakt zu Maria war super. Als wir spät abends ankamen, fanden wir einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und einen riesigen Obstkorb vor. Sogar leckere Empanadas zu Ostern standen bereit. Vielen lieben Dank Maria!Die Villa war perfekt für zwei Familen mit Teenagern. Alles war super sauber, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super. Für uns war auch die Lage sehr gut. Wir sind von der Villa bis zum Platja des Coll Baix gewandert. Alcudia und Pollença sind schnell erreichbar.Wir kommen wieder:-)

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief problemlos. Einziges Manko: die Besitzer sprechen ausschließlich spanisch. Aber mit Google Übersetzer ging es ganz gut. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage inmitten einer Ferien/Wohnhaussiedlung. Ein fussläufig erreichbarer Supermarkt, wäre wünschenswert.

Silvesterurlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gut ausgestattet – alles genau wie beschrieben. Geheizt wird mit der Klimaanlage (da es Winter war, war das Haus zunächst ausgekühlt). Es liegt etwas abseits in einer Sackgasse (kein Durchgangsverkehr ). Zum Meer sind es etwa 500 Meter.

Une maison a recommander

La maison est très belle et très bien équipée. Elle est près de la mer et des commodités. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le réfrigérateur etait rempli ainsi que les placards. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'hôte réagit très rapidement en cas questions. Bref, on recommande cette maison.

A Perfect Spot for a Quiet Getaway

Would be best if you have a car. We loved the onsite pool. Lots of room. Amenities are great. Host Maria was amazing and helpful. The surprise of breakfast food was so wonderful. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to beach and a few restaurants. Would probably want a car when venturing to the Port but well worth a visit. We biked to Port of Pollença and that was amazing. Would definitely recommend
