A few steps from the beach, Villa Can Gaya is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday. Its excellent location allows you to easily walk to both the sandy beach and the nearest cafés, shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible.

The house combines comfort and spaciousness in a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends. It also features free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for staying connected at all times. In addition, parking is easy in the surrounding area, as the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with street parking available.



On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with electrical appliances, next to a bathroom with shower. The bright living room, with satellite TV and air conditioning, offers direct access to the outdoor area and a relaxed space to enjoy with family or friends. On this level, there is also a master bedroom.



On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, another with two single beds, and a third with two single beds plus an extra bed, ideal for families with children. On this floor there is also a second full bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.



From the ground floor, there is access to the garage, which includes a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer, a bathroom with shower and a table tennis area for family entertainment.



For your comfort, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, available for use both during the day and at night.



Outside, Villa Can Gaya offers two furnished areas with tables and chairs: one next to the swimming pool, perfect for sunny breakfasts, and another at the back, accessible from the living room and kitchen, ideal for outdoor dinners. Parking is available in front of the house, although the garage is used as a games and laundry area.
