Maalaistalo "Brisa de Mar" sijaitsee kauniisti ja rauhallisella paikalla keskellä 20 000 suurta kiinteistöä, jota ympäröi hyvin hoidettu puutarha ja siinä on tilavat paljastetut terassit, joissa on varjoisat pergolat. Siellä on uima-allas klooraamattomalla vedellä, joka on varustettu uusimmalla tekniikalla, mikä on erityisen miellyttävää pienille vieraillemme erittäin iho- ja silmäystävällisen veden laadun takia. Uima-altaan vieressä on neljä lepotuoleja. Terassit on täysin varustettu ulkona sohvalla ja terassipöydällä, johon mahtuu jopa kuusi henkilöä. Pohjakerroksessa on sisäänkäynti, tilava oleskelutila, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, pieni ruokailutila, sekä olohuone ja ruokasali. Siellä on myös suihkuhuone, jossa wc. Moderni rautaportaikko johtaa talon ensimmäiseen kerrokseen. Tässä on kaksi modernia makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joista toinen sviitissä.

Estate - Pollensa - Ranta - TV - WiFi: Talon ylemmästä kerroksesta näet Pollensanlahden, vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Kiinteistö tarjoaa rauhaa ja rentoutumista, mutta läheisyys Pollensaan tarjoaa mahdollisuuden sukeltaa kylän vilkkaan kylän hälinään. Alcudian kaupunkiin on myös helppo päästä talosta.

Rannan ystäville ei myöskään ole kaukana. Port de Pollençan (Pollensan satama) ja Cala de Sant Vicencon (Pollensan lahti) rannat ovat vain noin 6 km ja 9 km, Formentorin uimarannan noin 20 km, sekä Alcudian ja Alcudian rannat. Playa de Muro pääsee vain muutamassa minuutissa autolla.

Terassit, uima-allas ja grillausmahdollisuus viihtyisille grillausmahdollisuuksille: Etelän taloissa parasta on se, että voit viettää tunteja ulkona. Onko mitään parempaa kuin aloittaa päivä aamiaisella terassilla, paistatella auringossa tai varjossa päivän aikana, sitten päättää päivä lasillisella viiniä virkistävän suihkun jälkeen viihtyisällä grillauksella. Tilava terassi on täydellinen tähän. Ja yhdellä monista leutoista kesäyöistä sinulla on mahdollisuus katsoa Mallorcan tähtitaivasta. Brisa de Marin kohokohta on suuri uima-allas, jonka pituus 12 metriä mahdollistaa ainutlaatuisen kaistauinnin. Ulkogrilli on erittäin käytännöllinen tässä maalaistalossa puutarha- / terassi-alueella ja lähellä keittiötä, johon pääsee suoraan terassilta. Olohuoneesta on myös suora pääsy terassille.

Finca 'Brisa de Mar' - kiinteistö ja talo: Hyvin kauniisti varustettu kulkutie johtaa taloon. Pysäköinti useille autoille on saatavilla. Massiivinen puinen ovi johtaa talon sisäänkäynnin alueelle. Tässä on ruokasali, jossa on iso moderni pöytä ja mahtuu 6 henkeä. Sitten olohuoneesta kaksi mukavaa sohvaa, iso liukuva lasiovi tarjoaa pääsyn terassille. Sisääntuloalueen oikealla puolella on täysin varustettu keittiö, lisäksi ruokasali neljälle hengelle. Lasiovi johtaa keittiöstä suurelle terassille, ulkogrilli sijaitsee erittäin kätevästi aivan nurkan takana keittiöstä. Sisäänkäynnin alueella on vielä vieras-wc suihkulla. Sieltä moderni rautaportaikko johtaa toiseen kerrokseen, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on ranskalainen sänky (160 x 200 cm), kauniisti modernit kalusteet, iso moderni vaatekaappi. Kylpyhuone on sviitissä ja on täysin varustettu kylpyammeella, suihkulla varustetulla kylpyammeella, hygieenisella lasiosalla, pesuallasella, jossa on säilytystilaa ja wc. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parivuode (2 vuodetta, 90 x 200 cm), myös moderni, suurella vaatekaappilla. On vuodesohva lapselle (80 x 160 cm), joten siellä on mahdollisuus ylimääräiselle lapselle (yhteensä 4 aikuista ja 1 alle 12-vuotias lapsi). Kaikista huoneista on upeat näkymät maaseudulle Pollensan lahden puolelle. Täällä on aina miellyttävä tuuli, jopa kuumina aurinkoisina päivinä, 'Brisa de Mar' on hiljattain rakennettu finca, tyylikkäästi sisustettu, moderni, kirkas ja upealla paikalla.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta S'Albuferetan luonnonsuojelualue. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi vesipuiston ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

The house is lovely and in great conditions, Everything’s was as described. The local support from Mrs. Vogt was great and very helpful. She was always available. Port Polenca is just a few minutes away.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben tolle Ferien in dieser wunderbaren Finca verbracht. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, der Empfang der Vermieterin war äusserst freundlich. 2x pro Woche wurde der Pool sowie die Bäder gereinigt und die Hand- und Strandtücher ersetzt. Toller Service. Wir kommen wieder!

First family holiday abroad with our little girl

Lovely property. My wife and I stayed for a week with our 14 month old daughter. We arranged to meet Jaume, Karin’s husband who took us to the villa. The process was very smooth and he was lovely. The pool was slightly too cold for our daughter but was otherwise lovely. Very clean with all essentials. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great local shops and food. Old town Porta Pollença and the beach areas were lovely. Market on Sunday in the old town was lovely and restaurants at the coast were fab. Strongly recommend La Cabana. Only issue was the tight road you drive on to get to the villa but otherwise it was fine. Will definitely look to return to the area and maybe with friends next time.

Sehr empfehlenswert.... ländlich geprägt und ruhig. Blick auf die Tramuntana und ins Landesinnere.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Fön, Strandhandtücher und Fliegennetze über den Betten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ( 10 Tage ) bekamen wir 2 x Reinigung und neue Handtücher. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich . Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gern wieder.Der Pool war im täglich Benutzung einfach super.

Seclusion, space and an amazing pool

An excellent villa - very clean and modern on the inside but retaining the charm of a Mallorcan farmhouse on the outside. There's a lot of space, even for 4 people. It's set in a quiet and secluded location in a nature reserve, so you definitely need a car and insect repellent. The agents are pleasant and helpful, and show you to the villa from a meeting point in Pollenca. As well as all of this, the pool is one of the best at 12m long and salinated (6%, so it doesn't taste salty) rather than chlorinated, so no stinging eyes.

Wonderfully relaxing and beautiful surroundings.

An absolutely stunning villa and a huge pool. We arrived a bit later due to a flight delay but Karin was really helpful and worked around the delay, meeting us at an arranged place to take us to the villa. The villa is set in grounds with electric gates and is very private. All the rooms are spacious and contemporary in design. The outside space is huge and the pool is the best one we have come across in a 4/5 person villa. It was gorgeously warm enough to get straight into and many a day was spent in it!! Lots of wild birds could be seen and a highlight for us was being in the pool and the Swallows diving down to get a drink. We loved every minute of our holiday here and will definitely try to return. The only thing we did find the villa needed was a bit more storage for food but it really wasn’t a problem as we just took a few saucepans out to make room, A fan would have been useful in the lounge in the evenings as it was very hot but the bedrooms were gorgeously cool and the mosquito nets were a great addition. The showers were great and the views from the upstairs were stunning. Definitely our favourite villa to date! Thank you Karin and Jaume for a wonderful holiday.....we have loved staying here and thank you for being so helpful. Xxxx

A hidden gem

I am reluctantly giving this holiday home a 5 star rating - only reluctantly because I don't want everyone to know about it and it forever be booked up for our next stay ! It was an amazing hideaway in the Majorcan countryside, it felt like you were miles away from anywhere but shops and restaurants were only a short car ride away so we really did have the best of both worlds. The best Villa we have been to in the most perfect location. The owners are very nice and helpful. Gluten and dairy free is also very good in Majorca, both in the supermarkets and in the restaurants. We will certainly be going back.

Wonderful! Peaceful and tranquil.

What a wonderful place this is! Very clean and modern with a great size pool. You would definitely need a car if you were staying here but that said its only a short drive to Pollenca and Puerto de Pollenca. It was just what we wanted. The weather in October was amazing and it was so relaxing just hearing the birds singing and watching the mountains change colour as the sun set. Bedrooms were spacious and the showers were great with plenty of hot water. We BBQ'd in the evenings and also drove into Pollenca where we had delicious food in La Fonda which was recommended. Perfect in every way.

This is the best standard of villa we've had in 7 years in Majorca. The only criticism is the lack of anywhere to store food and the lack of larger glasses for drinking a cold beer! 😁

A beautiful, charming villa, in a rural, very quiet location.

Villa Brisa Mar is a wonderful place to relax if total privacy is important to you. We loved it being so rural and quiet. The villa is a charming old building which has been converted to a very modern house with an amazing pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Jaume and Karin were very helpful, meeting us to show us to the villa, popping in to make sure all was ok, and coming to collect the keys and see us off after 2 weeks.

A wonderful looking and very clean villa in a rural location

What an amazing place to stay, immaculate, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds to name but a few things that made our weeks stay so enjoyable. With two excellent supermarkets nearby with superb choices of food we cooked on the BBQ every night which made life easy. The scenery was lovely and we spent every night outside (pack mosquito repellent) with a glass of wine just watching the bird life flit around us. The owners, Karin and her husband are lovely people and made sure our stay was a very memorable one. We will be returning hopefully in the near future and strongly recommend this property if you like a rural setting.

This is a gorgeous villa set in its own grounds, very private and only a short drive from porta pollensa. My family and I had the most wonderful time, the villa is very modern with a gorgeous swimming pool and was just perfect for what we wanted. A very relaxing place as its set in its own grounds which meant it was quiet and peaceful but only a short drive to some beautiful places.
