If you want to spend a fabulous holiday with partial sea views, then the beautiful "Apartment Rosa 16" is the ideal place for you.
This elegant apartment offers all the comfort of an exceptional location, in addition to being just 50 m from the white sand beach of Alcúdia, it is also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
The modern-style apartment welcomes its guests with a pleasant terrace with partial sea views in the front area.
If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can go down to the beach located less than 50 m away.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colours make the rooms shine with summer style.
The cozy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner.
You just have to fill the refrigerator with all kinds of delicacies and that's it! You can then feast at the large dining table, and for a bit of peace and quiet afterwards, there is the living area, where you can lie down peacefully on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and call it a night.
And if fatigue sets in faster than expected, you can retreat to one of the two elegant bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) and recharge your batteries for the next day. For a refreshing shower in the morning there is a magnificent bathroom, perfectly equipped and with an absolutely pleasant atmosphere.
