Upon entering the house, on the ground floor, a spacious living room will welcome you, ideal for sharing relaxing or family moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, designed so that you feel at home. Additionally, on this floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom for family use. Going out through the kitchen door, you will discover a terrace with a portable barbecue, where you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals in good company.



Going up to the first floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, with a small balcony that invites you to relax and enjoy the nature surrounding the villa.



The location of the house is another of its great attractions, situated in Bonaire, a quiet and highly sought-after area, just a few minutes by car from the centre of Alcudia. In the centre, you will find all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, health centres, restaurants, among others. You can also stroll through the historic centre of the town, surrounded by an impressive 14th-century medieval wall, or take the opportunity to visit the Sunday market, where you can buy fresh local products to cook at home.

Information to bear in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
