Renovated vacation house with 4,500 square meters of usable parkland at 1,100 meters above sea level in the Dolomites. a panoramic view. A small private forest, a meadow, a natural swimming pool, multiple terraces for relaxing and sunbathing, a barbecue, an organically grown herb garden, and an outdoor dining area are all features of the well-fenced grounds, which are perfect for dog owners.
The place is a great starting point to mountain and mountain bike tours, as well as hikes to alpine huts.
A hiking trail leads to the Göller Waldsee lake in 20 to 30 minutes.
A place for relaxation and discovery. Next to the Bletterbach Geopark UNESCO World Heritage Site and the romantic 18-hole Petersberg Golf Club.
Suitable seasons: late spring, summer and autumn.
The Aldino region offers tobogganing, cross-country skiing, and snow hiking during the winter. The area is also suitable for alpine skiers who don't want to be always on the slopes. The Latemar/Obereggen ski area, which has 48 km of slopes, is 20 km away, and the Karersee ski area is 35 km away.
It takes fifty minutes by car to get to Bolzano, Trento, Merano, Lake Kaltern, and Lake Montiggl.

Ich habe mit meiner Mutter und unserem Hund wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich Empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt- und noch mehr! Die (fast) Alleinlage des Objekts ist toll zum Abschalten und das riesige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass man den Hund bedenkenlos laufen lassen kann.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben mit 3 Personen und einem Hund zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in dem Haus verbracht. CheckIn und Kontakt mit der Vermieterin waren super! Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und die Lage ist traumhaft in der Natur gelegen. Das komplett eingezäunte, riesige Grundstück ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund! In 2 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto erreicht man Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und Bank. Ebenfalls sind einige Restaurants in der Nähe, von denen uns das Gasthaus Ploner sehr gut gefallen hat, hier gibt es Sterneküche, wo man sie eigentlich nicht vermutet. Ausflugsziele gibt es zahlreiche in der Umgebung (Trient, Gardasee, Bozen, Meran und natürlich Wandermöglichkeiten ohne Ende). Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Falls Sie einmal einen wunderbaren Urlaub haben wollen, kann ich Lydias Haus nur empfehlen. Das Haus ist tip-top ! Im Prinzip ist über die Ausstattung und Lydia alles von den Vorbewertern gesagt. Ich möchte noch hinzufügen, dass wir eine Panne hatten und deshalb erst später anreisen konnten. Um Versorgungsengpässe zu vermeiden, hatte unsere Vermieterin sogar die "Grundversorgung" für uns eingekauft. Vielen Dank ! Ich hoffe wir können irgendwann noch einmal bei Dir vorbeischauen !

Es war eine superentspannte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit herzlicher, großzügiger Gastgeberin und großem Komfort. Das Haus war hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Geschmack und Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Individuell, luxuriös und total gemütlich !

Wir verbrachten wunderbar erholsame Tage in diesem frisch ausgebauten und liebevoll sanierten Ferienhaus . Das Haus ist von der Besitzerin, einer in Südtirol ansäßigen Architektin, sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Die Verschmelzung von traditionell alpenländischem Stil und klarer, moderner Architektur ist ihr dabei auf sehr sympatische Art gelungen, sodaß das Haus eine wunderbare, einerseits private, andererseits sachliche Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Es sieht schon auf den Fotos unglaublich toll aus - und ist in der Realität tatsächlich noch vieeeeeeel schöner ! Der Außenbereich mit seinen verschiedenen Holzterrassen ist spektakulär - so wie der Blick in die Berge ! Man ist absolut privat dort oben , aber nicht einsam. Es gibt noch drei Nachbaranwesen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Kuhglocken des nachbarlichen Hofes läuteten uns sanft in den Schlaf, unterstützt vom Duft der Wiesenkräuer ... Erholung pur - sowohl im und ums Haus, als auch auf Wanderungen in direkter Umgebung. Ein Plus für uns war auch, daß man das Auto stehen lassen kann und direkt vom Haus aus zu zahlreichen kleinen und großen Wanderungen losgehen kann. Wir fanden es traumhaft hier und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder !
