Great location. Walkable. Easy check in and check out. Staff was outstanding, very professional, friendly, very helpful in responding to your requests quickly. Room was 1 king bed, clean, bed was comfortable, but room was a little small. Some items for improvement -- 1. needs more hanging space for clothes, 2. needs mini refrig and microwave. 3. Ice machine on each floor. Customers should not have to go to the lobby to ask staff for ice or to use the 1 microwave in the lobby. 4. there should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Next to King St station and on the King St free trolley. Plenty of great dining and shopping, quick trolley ride to the waterfront. Easy access to DC and the sites. Loved it. Comfy beds, friendly staff and nice restaurant.

From check in, to any questions I had, the staff was friendly and super personable. The hotel is very clean, no issues with the room. The area is a great location whether public transportation or on foot. Every thing was close to the hotel.

Rooms near elevators are very noisy!

The hotel is generally nice and clean, with helpful staff. Unfortunately, our room was very close to the elevator, and it was quite noisy. We could clearly hear conversations and other noise from the hallway. I had requested a room away from the elevator in my reservation notes, but perhaps the hotel was fully booked. Placing towels over the large gap between the door and the floor didn’t do much to block the sound. Fortunately, I always travel with earplugs, so it was manageable.

The staff are amazing and they were the best part of my stay. The hotel itself was a terrible experience, I paid almost $300 for one night and upon arrival there are no self park accommodations, valet is $40. The surrounding garages are either full or far away. My first room was connected to another room and I could literally hear their entire conversation. The first desk concierge was very nice and changed my room for me which is the only reason I stayed. The beds are also hard with thin comforters

Our trip was amazing from beginning to the end! Angela at the front desk went above & beyond to make our mother/daughter trip enjoyable! Everyone we encountered was friendly & helpful.
