There are 2 King Master Suite Beds in this Upscale Hideaway, hosting Disney+, Fast Wi-Fi, Private POOL Closed for Fall Sept 29,2024 no exceptions, Gated Back yard and a couple quiet dedicated workstations. This home is not pet friendly due to recent damage on the property bypass. Guess we have had to take away your friendly pet to the property. No exceptions will be made.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please check out by 11 AM. Wash dishes or start dishwasher, place used towels in bathroom, take out trash, turn off lights, lock doors and windows, and ensure thermostat is set properly. Safe travels!
Use provided trash liners & put BAGGED trash at street corner near garage. Sweep ALL floors & check for belongings, report any damage, return furniture to original spot. $450 fee if moved NO WAIVER.
CLEAN all refrigerator items, open & clean inside stove if used $450 cleaning fee assessed. Clean stove top w/ baking soda only. Dirty stove $450 fee assessed. Ensure no oil stains in garage area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Strip bed cover, start laundry, separate colors. All Comforters put on top washer. Lock doors/windows, close gates, clean yard trash. Turn off lights.
Clean ENTIRE home back how found i.e. FRIDGE/microwave, sweep, put trash bag near garage street corner, wash towels night prior. $75 Fine if not done

What a mistake

My communication with Mrs. Keisha at the beginning was perfectly fine. It was once we both found out that dogs were brought onto the property that it became messy. She told me that the pets were fine and would allow the pets, WITHOUT an extra fee. Then she went back on her word and is now trying to get money she said she would not charge. She wanted free camera's from our co-workers to offset the "pet fee" then said no that is not what we want to do now. I tried to help with removing the dogs, but she worked on the side with my co-workers and that's what was so messy. She'd tell them one thing and tell me another. The neighbors are super nosey and complained about even just a little music and if you have friends come over during the weekend, don't think about it. Neighbors called the police about the music playing and the police came over, they told the team it wasn't that bad. We never received a ticket for any of the calls from neighbors. I've never had a homeowner come check on the home daily, we felt like criminals the entire stay. This has been the worst experience I've had with a VRBO home owner.
