Einen Tag vor Abreise die genaue Adresse der Ferienwohnung bekannt zu geben, ist zu kurz. Außerdem war die Übersetzung der spanischen Information nicht eindeutig verständlich. Daher war es notwendig, einen Tag vor Abflug Nachfragen zu stellen. Es erfolgte keine Nachfrage nach der Ankunftszeit der Gäste und kein Hinweis, ob jemand bei der Ankunft vor Ort anwesend sein wird. Nach Mitteilung der Gäste, wann die Ankunftszeit sei, war doch jemand in der Ferienwohnung, um sie zu reinigen! Eine kurze Einführung in die Funktionsweise einzelner Geräte erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage. Es wurde der falsche “blaue Türschlüssel” für das Gebäude übergeben und nicht der "grüne Schlüssel”. Außerdem wurde erst auf Nachfrage ein zweiter Schlüsselsatz nachgereicht. Eine Einweisung in den Betrieb des Fernsehers unterblieb, so dass er trotz Bedienungsanleitung nicht genutzt werden könnte. Die Glühlampe im Schlafraum war kaputt und musste nach Terminabsprache ersetzt werden. Das heißt aber auch, dass ein Funktionscheck nicht stattgefunden hat.
