For those who want to combine the sea and the relaxation of the countryside, five minutes by car from the white beach of the Maria Pia pinewood, we have a splendid two-room apartment immersed in the green of the olive trees, ideal for those who love nature and want to spend their holidays in tranquility, away from the confusion, also thanks to its position it allows you to easily reach all the other beaches of the coast avoiding the slow city traffic of the summer months.
The apartment, perfect for two people, is part of a residence in the countryside, a house divided into 2 apartments and is only 6km from the center, but it is essential to use your own means of transport.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small living room with a kitchenette that overlooks a welcoming outdoor space, a veranda covered by a gazebo overlooking the river, which allows you to spend your evenings in the fresh air in front of the sunset.
In the veranda, in addition to the sofa and armchairs, a table with chairs and two straio.
When leaving, we ask you to leave the apartment in decent hygienic conditions.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Maria Pia Beach. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. A kitchen and a TV are available in the holiday home.

An extremely lucky find which we highly recommend. Very charming, kind owner of a lovely property .

This property is an absolute gem, as is Patrizia (cat woman!). The property is set in a lovely tranquil environment and Patrizia has provided it with everything you could possibly need for comfort and ease. Patrizia is an exceptionally kind lady and when we needed assistance nothing was too much trouble for her. The charming house was extremely well appointed and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the covered outside space looking out over the surrounding countryside to the mountains beyond. And were pleased to find that it was possible to set the TV to English audio for the occasional film. The property is located in a gated area shared with a couple of family members ( and a lot of cats), but we did not feel the least bit intruded on by them, in fact it was good to know they were there. It is not far out of the town at all, but we did have difficulty finding it on our first night which is one of the times that Patrizia came to our aid readily and, with the help of a good friend, guided us in! They were both very understanding about what it's like to feel lost in a foreign place, and were very helpful in giving us any information we needed. Overall we feel we were extremely lucky to have found such a lovely place and charming hostess. We cannot recommend it too highly to anyone who wants to be near a great town with all its facilities - beaches, boat trips, etc, yet be able to enjoy the peace of the Sardinian countryside too.

Amazing, quite place close to Alghero

Patrizia is an excellent host. The house is well done, modern clean and located in a wonderful place. 6 minutes from Alghero city center but if u like to wake up with nature and birds this your place. Very relaxing place with awsome view and landscape.

Incantevole

Era da tanto che non tornavo in Sardegna e cercavo esattamente quello che ho trovato: una casetta dotata di ogni confort, immersa nella tranquillità del verde ma a distanza ridottissima dalle spiagge. Con 10-15 minuti infatti si raggiungono tutte le migliori spiagge di Alghero, ma una volta tornati a casa, si trova tranquillità e silenzio. Dal patio si possono godere gli spettacolari tramonti sardi, gustando del Vermentino freddo. Ideale per una coppia. Noi avevamo anche i nostri due gatti al seguito, che si sono goduti il giardino. Ospitalità di Patrizia, la proprietaria, inappuntabile: ci ha messo a disposizione tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, incluso l'ombrellone che non avevamo. Sogno già di tornarci!

A perfect stay

We had ten very wonderful days in the house in Alghero. Everything was very clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The arrival was very good coordinated, even if we were 3 hours late. The host (Patrizia) is very kind and if you have a problem, you can always ask her (If you can speak a little italian, it's better ;) ). We can only recommend this place!!!

Alloggio comodo e spazioso a pochi chilometri dal centro

L'alloggio è perfettamente attrezzato ed è sito nella tranquillità della campagna pur rimanendo a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Alghero, permettendo agli ospiti di usufruire dei servizi della città con qualche minuto di macchina. Patrizia è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta e fornendoci preziosi consigli per la vacanza. Un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Calme et nature

Le séjour fut bien trop court. La maison est très bien située, petit déjeuner face à la nature dans un environnement paisible. Tout est mis à disposition par Patrizia pour rendre le séjour agréable. Idéalement pour un séjour en amoureux. Le cadre rendra ce moment encore plus romantique. Je vous recommande cette location !

Me and my boyfriend where very happy with our stay ! Patrizia is wonderfull :) She made us feel very welcome. The appertment was super clean and modern. We enjoyed a lovely holiday :) You do need a car to go to the centrum of a scooter. but it is very close 5 min drive max.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’abitazione nel mese di Agosto. La casa è bella, pulita, immersa nel verde e situata in una zona strategica per raggiungere spiagge e centro della città. La proprietaria, Patrizia, è molto gentile e mette a disposizione tutto. La consiglio vivamente!!!

Casa vacanze da sogno

Casa fantastica, fornita di tutti i comfort utili per soggiornare al meglio, con un terrazzino stupendo. La signora è super disponibile per tutto, dal check-in al check-out. Casa a 10 minuti di macchina da tutte le spiagge più belle di Alghero.

Il mare ad Alghero

Casa molto ospitale immersa nel verde con una meravigliosa veranda panoramica dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena, dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole (dal condizionatore alla lavatrice al posto auto). Patrizia, la proprietaria, persona cordialissima e molto ospitale, mette a disposizione dall’ombrellone alla borsa frigo, se necessario, per il mare. La proprietà si trova a 4,8 km da Alghero, quindi lontana dal caos estivo, quindi a 10 minuti di strada dal centro città dove potete trovare dall’isola ecologica a qualunque altra attività commerciale e a un tiro di schioppo da tutte le spiagge più belle dei d’intorni...perfetto! Inoltre la mattina si fa colazione in compagnia di alcuni simpatici micetti o micioni che popolano il giardino circostante. Sono stato divinamente, sempre troppo poco per i miei gusti... La casa è perfetta per 2/3 persone e se andate ad Alghero è da scegliere come dimora, ma se siete di più di 2/3 contattate comunque PATRIZIA, vi saprà aiutare. Spero di ritornare qui al più presto.

Tutto perfetto

La proprietà è immersa nel verde lontano dal caos cittadino. in 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungono attività commerciali, spiaggia e il centro storico. L'appartamento è nuovo, ordinato pulito e con tutti i comfort, aria condizionata compresa sia nella zona giorno che nella camera da letto. La veranda esterna è ampia e perfetta per cenare la sera. Consiglio vivamente questa proprietà.
