Superb studio apartment

Superb apartment. The property was immaculate with everything you could need for a short stay. Fantastic central location with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Amelia was a great host. Highly recommend this property will definitely be booking again.

The room was great nice and clean. The area was fantastic close to the beach. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho

Alicante for san Juan

Great clean accomodation. Superb location for the old town and the beach. The superior double we had was spacious and even included a little seating area. The courtyard view was disappointing (no courtyard just a dumping ground). The mini fridge and coffee machine were useful, as was the air conditioning as it was v hot. Comfy bed, great shower and good towels (if a little small). The check in process worked well. All in all, I would stay again.

Lovely Stay

Had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Habitaciones. Perfect location for exploring the city with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Easy access to the marina and castle. Parking close by, less than a 5 minute walk to a number of public car parks. The apartment was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Alicante.

Lovely old building in the old town so convenient for just about everything. Room and general circulation areas recently refurbished - we had one of the spacious rooms at the back though no view (light well and translucent window), but was likely quieter than being at the front. Note there is no reception - check in and keys are all remote / electronic.

The studio was very clean and had all you need to be comfortable. There was a bit of a mix up with the room number and the keys, from the “check in system” and we could not get the keys on arrival. Luckily there was a member of the on site team there to help push out and to raise his concerns about the check in platform not working. Great experience overall

I would so highly recommend this accommodation! It is so incredibly well placed in the Old Town and surprisingly spacious considering the location. Rooms are modern and very clean and it is an especially nice touch that they provide cakes and coffee each morning. My only comments to make this accommodation an 11/10 would be 1) better toilet paper and 2) a mirror on the desk so I can do my makeup not- in the bathroom

Lovely room with a modern bathroom. It has a fridge and a coffee machine. Would highly recommend staying here, it is in a great location. We booked this last minute and received excellent help when we required it to enter the building.

Easy check in. Each morning they provided Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules and sponge cakes. Room came with balcony - lovely decorated. In the downtown. Close to whatever you need. All roads lead to Amelia Habitaciones...

Central location

Very good location ...the window and door of the room opened onto the street ..our apartment was on street level which was a bit bizarre ..it made the room dark ..and you couldnt open up really .. the place itself was spacious clean and comfirtable for one night stay fine. At night we were woken by revellers outside singing etc but they moved on and we went back to sleep.
