Nice hotel , great car park

Hotel staff were approachable and polite.Breakfast was ok however very mediocre and of cheap quality . We only used the bar one evening as we were charged 14 Euro for whiskey and coke and the staff charged us different prices for bottles of water through out our stay. The Hotel is about 5 km from the centre of Alicante.However there is a lovely park near by which is worth a visit. There is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. There was free coffee and tea in the main entrance however we found the drinks foul. The Airport bus stop when leaving was nowhere near the hotel. We had to walk up a dangerous road with no pavement to get to it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, however it doesn't stop there. Most of the buses go into the town centre however flagging them down is a mission.

NOISY ROOMS BAD PILLOWS

The location near the airport is the best ( 6 min ) the hotel condition is good and reasonable price for room and breakfast ( only 6 euro ) and dinner . i could rate 4-5 if it was not about the pillows...unacceptable unconfortable and the noisy rooms which are doublew with a door between and you can hear even a whisper next room . We had a family with children next room so we could not sleep ...BUT after complaining we've been given another room where we finaly slept without disturb

Some way from Alicante

4kms from Alicante - 12 euro taxi there and 11 back. Apart from hotel Italian restaurant, no others in area which is by the University. No towels in the room.

Great stay 😊

I traveled with my sister for a 7night stay to Alicante , check in was easy and the receptionists were so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed ! Staff definitely made the extra step to make us feel welcome . The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a little bit hard . All in all very good stay and fantastic breakfast.

Convenient for airport

Used as a stopover whilst selling our holiday apartment. Because of its location, it is not really possible to walk anywhere so a car/taxi is required. It's more a business hotel rather than a holiday one.

Good stay

This is a good hotel halfway between the airport and Alicante, bus stop outside that will take you straight into town for 1 Euro. The hotel was very good, clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent, I would be happy to stay again and very likely will.

Convienient, clean and friendly hotel

Staff very helpful and friendly and desk attended 24 hours. Our flight was delayed and we arrived a 1 am so appreciated a friendly face on arrival. Taxi from airport 12 euros.

The reception area and bar looked amazing, unfortunately the rooms were not! The restaurant was busy, but felt they could not accommodate us to eat so we had to go next door. Surely the hotel knows how many clients are expected? and if there is a table tennis tournament happening extra dining facilities should be provided

excellent choice

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The value was excellent. The bathroom had a very spacious layout with a large built in shelf in the shower. We appreciated the 24 hour reception as we arrived late (close to 2 am). The front desk staff were on duty and ready for our check in. Parking was gated and free of charge!

Stop over

Chose for proximity to airport. Checkin was quick and easy; room was comfortable although the bathroom needed some repairs; a coffee maker in the room would have been nice; restaurant onsite, which was good since the hotel is not in a busy area.
