You will find a fully equipped private kitchen in the large living area that opens onto your private terrace, along with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, baby bed, and highchair for families.
Step outside to your private 50 sqm uncovered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private grill, all set within a beautiful tree-lined park with excellent sun exposure. The shared garden provides additional outdoor space for relaxation.
Shared parking is available at the property with designated space for bicycles and motorcycles. One pet is welcome, though cats, dogs, and chickens are present on the property. Events are not permitted during your stay.
