Cozy Apt- Centrally located

This Charming 1-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet country setting. Centrally located to Alma, Ithaca, and Saint Louis. We are 10-15 minutes from Shepherd, 20 min from the Casino, 45 min from Midland, Saginaw and Lansing. The highway is close by, for easy access. The apartment is attached to a main home, although it has a private entrance. There might be times when you may hear moderate living noises or on occasion dogs barking. Overall, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is completely handicap accessible wide doorways, bathroom has grab bars and plenty of room. This also includes a ramp at main entrance and a deck off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Comfortable main bedroom, with all necessary linens. The futon makes out into a full-size bed; extra bedding is located in living room close. Parking is in a designated area and there is a fire pit out front you are welcome to use.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Riverside Park. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a TV.

A very comfortable apartment equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and a cute decor. The area is quiet & secluded, but an easy drive to restaurants & stores. The hostess, Marie, was very responsive & accommodating. Hoping to stay there again!
