Very convenient hotel close to the airport, perfect for layovers. The room was clean, comfortable and good amenities. Staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. Location is 20-30 mins drive away from Almaty International Airport. A bit far from the centre of Almaty but Yandex taxi is pretty accessible from the hotel and can easily get you around. Breakfast is great! AC works well during Summer months. People working at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

Very clean and comfortable, helpful front desk

Very pleased with this hotel, so we came back when we retuened to Almaty. Very clean property. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with super clean comfortable bed. Wifi acceptable but could be improved. Front desk was extremely helpful with all needs. In a very nice neighborhood, and is located close to major train station, supermarket, major bus routes into city, and local parks. Will be happy to stay here again in the future.
