Beautiful & Spacious apartment, just over the beach (10 metres distance to the beach) with a large terrace for 6 people looking at the Mediterranean Sea, in one of the best spots of the Mediterranean, at the exclusive Cotobro Beach , at the Tropical Coast due to the protection of cold winds thanks to the high Sierra Nevada Mountains in the north. So you will have a mild weather all the year round.

The apartment has a full integrated air conditioned in all spaces :
It has 2 large bedrooms with 2 in suit bathrooms, large living & dinning room, full equiped kitchen, big terrace over the beach and the sea.
The big terrace, 20 sq meters is facing south, so you will have sun the whole day, and enjoy the sunrise - sunset. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table, up for 6 to 8 pax.
You can stay in the apartment comfortably up to 4 adults, plus 1 child

You do not need a car , as a public bus service is also available from just the building door to the village downtown, the bus station , useful too if do not have, or wish to use your car . .

ALMUÑECAR: This part of the Granada Mediterranean coastline in Costa Tropical is a must see for all visitors, because of its fullness of history.
